We just used Good Movers for the second time, and we really couldn't have done it without Jim, Jackie and the team.

On moving day the team were extremely professional but also friendly, and moving both out of and into the properties was simple.

We also got them to do our end of tenancy clean and the property was probably the cleanest we've ever seen it!

They are always ready to lend a helping hand with questions etc and I would recommend them to anyone looking to move.

Good Movers were outstanding throughout. My first contact was dealt with very promptly and in a very friendly manner. I received a quote for a partial house clearance within 24 hours and I received reassurance on all the related issues like parking, timing etc. On the day of the clearance everything went exactly to plan. Great care was taken removing the items, protecting the carpets etc and again, all done in a very friendly manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Good Movers to friends or family.

This Removal Company is simply the best. They do exactly what you agreed with them however, they go beyond to ensure that you are happy. The staff are very professional and respectful of your house contents and your home. My experience with Good Movers’ Company left me so happy and satisfied. I can’t recommend Jim and his team highly enough. We moved from Sydenham to the seaside, and the company owner Jim was there on the day overseeing everything and the whole team was absolutely lovely and down-to-earth and did a brilliant job. We have three small children under five and my husband had to work so we paid for the packing and unpacking services too and I have to say it was the best money we spent in this moving process! Highly recommend - Jim and his team felt like family by the end of the couple of moving days and took such good care of our belongings and made sure we were happy with everything. I run a mini-care environment at home for my mother who has several serious medical issues. As such, we generate a lot of rubbish, and we have relied on the services of Jim and his team regularly over the last three years. They are very friendly to deal with and offer a highly professional service: I have always found them to be punctual, and they clear away our voluminous quantities of black bags and cardboard swiftly, efficiently and with attention to detail - more than I ask of them in fact! - and all at a very reasonable price. In what can at times be a challenging caring role, I'm grateful for their reliable service which gives me one less thing to worry about, and I recommend them without hesitation.

The team from Good Movers in Croydon came and did my house move, and I was really impressed. The 3-man team was led by Jim, who was super-friendly and communicative about the process. The quote was very competitive and fair and included all packing materials. Jim came a day early to pack up some of my stuff which made the actual moving day smooth and quick. The other two guys (sorry - can't remember their names!) who helped on Friday and helped to unpack me at my new house were speedy and efficient. They packed up everything very well so it all travelled fine, with no breakages. Very friendly team and would recommend.

We used this company for our home move last week. Pre-move queries were answered comprehensively and they arrived when they said they would, providing everything in the quote. It was a long day for the guys, and the weather was horrendous (pouring rain). Despite this, they were excellent from start to finish, including protecting the carpets at our new property! Friendly and hard working. Highly recommended.

House move - Jackie, Jim and the guys were fantastic from start to finish. Took care of everything, minimal fuss, flexible with completion dates. Very happy with the service provided. Good Movers removal team were organised and helpful from initial enquiry to home visit to on the day. The team arrived early in the morning full of energy and good spirit to get the move done. Everyone knew their role and there was good coordination. The van was loaded quickly and on the road within 3 hours. Some packing materials and assistance with packing was provided too. Really glad I decided to use their service and highly recommend them for their friendly and professional service.

We moved from Croydon to Teddington with Good Movers. The whole service was excellent. Jim Good came to visit us to give us a quote. The service of then waiting for our completion was helpful and cheery with no pressure on us to make a commitment, even when things went wrong and exchange got ever closer to completion. We were let down at very short notice by a well known removal company. Other companies we called were all full up on the days we wanted. Jackie at Good Movers was so kind and so helpful when we called them. She went out of her way to ensure they could move us on the day. As it happened the move didn’t take place so we didn’t need them but the customer service at the office level anyway, is outstanding. What a lovely company!

I requested and was given some boxes in advance, packing day went smoothly and on the day of the move an eight man team turned up and we were out in no time! The next day was assisted unpacking day and the two man team happily did whatever we asked. Good Movers then promptly came to remove residual boxes and packing.materials on request.

Money well spend. I had refer from local people that used this service before and I can simply confirm how much the company really take care of your belongings. All were well protect and firmly secured with elastic and metal band. The owner of the company was the van driver and he was totally professional.

A friendly local service who packed, moved and delivered swiftly and efficiently. Nothing was a problem for them, even a dismantled summerhouse ! They were positive , and focused on solutions, as well as being sensitive and understanding about what moving some sentimental items meant to me.

We had a shed completely full of items to dump, it looked awful! These guys turned up and took care of it in 5 minutes! Questions were asked as far as items they weren't sure I wanted dumped (I did mention there were a couple of bits that had to stay), very professional, friendly, chatty BUT got the job done. Very thankful, thank you so much. Will definitely use again.
