Mr Yusuf is by far the most amazing goldsmith I have ever met and worked with! First time I ordered from him, the moment he realised the final product was not perfect, he himself made the decision to re-do the necklace so I would be happy. The second order, I requested a last minute change and despite him having finished making the necklace, he accommodated my wishes and re-did the necklace to my liking. Both times, he showed excellent customer service, immense kindness, genuine honesty and great attention to detail as well as being super accommodating to my wishes. I trust him completely to surpass my expectations!

Honestly other than the fact this store has such a beautiful collection, the people that work there are just the sweetest. They provide 100% customer service. I gave them few items to adjust for me and since I don't live in London and couldn't go back due to work, they've mailed all the items (recorded delivery) and they all fit perfectly.
