The product quality is as good as any of the Dune outlets found on Oxford street or Westfield. The prices are effective and the LDO discount on membership makes a major difference.

We have purchased 3 bags from this place and all have been great and lasts long.

Similarly (I have not purchased) but I did find that the Men’s shoes are really good.

Very good brand for womens handbags and shoe wear. The staff there are really kind and helpful. Good atmosphere and prices and bags are really great. A lot of items available and brand new and clean.

The staff was too rude.
She told u can't try 3 pairs at one time, we shortlisted 2 pairs already and the store has no customers. we were the only customer , they have. she has no interest in selling. we bought 3 pair of shoes at last. She was very rude very rude.

Deputy manager is very hostile. When returning goods expect to be interrogated and be ready to present picture id along with bank statement despite having payment card used to purchase the item. Very frustrating experience, avoid.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. When I said I no longer wanted to buy the shoes they softened up to meet sales target definitely.

Came there few days ago, it was 7:50pm and they refuse me to buy a pair of shoes because 2 sales assistants were already leave the store. Very unprofessional and rude.
