I had the pleasure of attending a family birthday at Rossella last weekend. I couldn’t fault it. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great and the cocktails were brilliant. Our whole party loved it. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Rossella is one of those establishments you can take anyone to, your partner, parents, friend or kids.

It’s so welcoming and all encompassing, offering up traditional Italian food to a high standard which doesn’t break the bank.

We’d highly recommend the Bruschetta, Aubergine Parmigiana, Carbonara and Tiramisu for a guaranteed good time at Rossella, but you can’t go wrong with the rest of their menu!

🍴I can finally say I've found my favorite Italian restaurant in London! As you know, I hardly ever give 5 out of 5 stars to a restaurant, so you can imagine how much I loved this place. @rossellaNW5 is a traditional family-run Trattoria with a menu truly inspired by their family's southern Italian origins 💖 In this case, we had to try some pretty typical dishes, but we also had the perfect opportunity to sample part of their special Christmas menu, which was the best!!! We went for their Arancini Pistacchio & Pancetta 🐷 and handmade Tortellini Pecorino & honey (the best pasta I've ever tried!), all accompanied by a generous glass of their Falanghina white wine, produced in their family vineyard in Ponte. As a main, we chose their Porchetta, as it was recommended by the chef, and also their fresh pasta filled with ricotta & black truffle 🤤 As a sweet note, I we tried their amusing Ferrero Rocher Cake accompanied by their family recipe Meloncello 🍈

Proper Italian cuisine with a lovely ambiance. John, the head waiter was a lovely host and the home made products like the Meloncello and the chilli oil were outstanding! We took some home and would definitely be coming back.

We love it, as Italian I can say all the ingredients are amazing so the recipes, I am also gluten free, so I can recommend the pizza and the pasta options. It's always a Good experience in the restaurant, very lovely stuff and as take away.

A light lunch date with my wife, and we both could not fault the food or the service. Bruno was so pleasant and attentive, and made us feel welcome. The highlight to an already positive day.

Portions are very generous and the cocktails are both beautiful and well made. There is a great attention to detail that can be noticed in both service and food.

The pasta did not disappoint, the carbonara was absolutely lovely. The starter was big but the bruschetta was delicious!

I've walked past so many times and always said to my husband we should go in, I'm a foodie and not easily impressed but I'd give this place a 10/10, perfect pizza, coffee, small sweet treats, friendly staff and atmosphere, a nice, genuine Italian restaurant, will be coming back and would definitely recommend. 🙂

Absolutely amazing dining experience! I love the Italian waiters' service, they re very joyful and respectful the same time. The food is great! Such fresh homemade taste. And The price is beautiful! We bought Meloncello from the store because how good it tastes! Cute place for a chill date as well.

I have been fan of Rossella since the restaurant first arrived in Gospel Oak and what keeps me coming back is the quality of the food, the warm atmosphere, and friendly service. I am always made to feel welcome, which is why I bring my friends from time to time and, in more recent times, my wife.

The pizzas are fantastic and there are also supreme versions of typical Italian dishes. You can sometimes think you ‘know’ pasta and risotto dishes from years of exposure - I recommend visiting Rossella to test that notion.

There are, of course, other Italian dishes too, which you may not have tried before. The menu contains new items that delight and is periodically updated.

The drinks also provide a perfect complement to your meal. I favour a red wine but there are options to suit all palettes, including soft drinks.

Another fine feature is its well-appointed deli counter and range of Italian products, many of which are homemade. We will often take something home with us.

My wife recently celebrated her birthday at Rossella and was serenaded by the staff as her dessert was delivered to the table. It was a very nice and warmly received gesture.

My wife and I cannot wait for our next visit.

This place is simply amazing for a true Italian dining experience! My family and I loved every moment spent here. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the food...oh my goodness, it's absolutely divine! The ambiance is fantastic and it's just the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some delicious Italian cuisine.

Family-owned restaurant in the heart of Kentish Town, perfect for local Ham & Highgaters. The food was incredible and the staff and experience exceeded my expectations.

First time I’ve had completely authentic, great tasting, perfectly priced and satisfying Italian food in a long time. No complaints or little touches missing.

I was very pleased and felt attended to and left satisfied. Would 100% recommend.

I have been coming to Rossella for over 7 years. My partner and I had our engagement meal here and celebrate the majority of occasions with a stunning meal here. The food is exceptional! The Family red wine is a steal and DIVINE! It’s a must go… I’m well overdue a visit!

Rossella is without doubt my favourite restaurant in London. The food is just fantastic and my personal favourite is the seafood risotto. It's always a pleasure to visit this restaurant with such a friendly team and great atmosphere. 10/10 top marks !

Myself and my new wife held our wedding reception at Rossella this past week and I have to give them 5 stars not only for the service and food but also for their assistance with planning which began before the pandemic scuppered our plans.
When it came to choosing a venue for nearly 70 of our friends and family to share our day with us there was only 1 place we wanted to do it. Having eaten at the restaurant previously and impressed with the food quality and service we returned to speak about the possibility of utilising the venue for our special day. From the moment we spoke we were reassured that we had indeed made the right choice in Rossella.
Luca - the owner is hands on and really knows his food...and wine.
We had a few testers and decided on the menu.
In the lead up to our day Luca helped us with seating plans and the logistics of the day which we hadn't given a second thought too. On the day of our wedding we arrived to be greeted by a champagne reception and a smiling Luca. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole team were accomodating to all from our 6 month old neice to my wife's 90 year old grandmother.
The food was top class and portions generous. I had a T bone steak which was cooked to perfection and tasted beautiful with the family wines we had chosen - this wasn't a one off from the seabass to the meatballs many of our guests have said that the food was the best they had ever had at a wedding.
We danced the night away - the team again being accommodating to our dance group which was the evenings entertainment - nothing was too much trouble - Luca from myself and the new Mrs. T thank you to you and your team we had so many wonderful compliments on your venue and the food. We will always remember our special day with a smile and the taste of those cannolis. J&C Xx

We are hoping to move to NW5 soon. We visited Rossella as a ‘neighbour to be’ recommended it to us. The deal was sealed with with our trip to Rossella on 16 May. John looked after us so well. He made us feel really welcome. The food was gorgeous.The atmosphere was great. It was really good value for money. We gave already decided that when we finally mive in, we’ll spend our first evening celebrating at Rodsella.

We have regularly eaten at this establishment for years- we love the food and the ambiance!

We recently stopped by on the way to the Heath to order from their Deli for the 1st time & I am pleased to say it did not disappoint.

Well worth checking out if you are heading to the Heath for a picnic!

Absolutely lovely food, with kind and prompt service. Couldn’t ask for a better Italian! House wine is lovely, and everything reasonably priced. Worth booking in advance!
