Claud W Dennis Coffee

Having ordered a few times via Deliveroo when visiting family, I decided to visit Claud W Dennis in person and wasn't disappointed. The coffee and food was perfect and the staff were very polite and accommodating - albeit if they didn't entertain my cheeky request to break the laptop rule (but fair is fair). The atmosphere was fab throughout my visit with cheery visitors popping in and out, often to the sound of Caio! Hope to visit again soon.

Best coffee in Southgate (Monmouth beans), great atmosphere, nice people running the place. Brownies and cakes also seriously good! The raspberry pistachio one and white kinder brownie are amazing!

This is my favorite coffee shop ever! The coffee is so delicious, the atmosphere is so heartwarming, the decoration gives peace. Also, the baristas are very friendly!

They have separate tables for those who sit for long periods of time (laptop users), so I can easily find a place to enjoy my coffee or work with a laptop. It’s so kind of them. 🧡

Great coffee, great pastries and great people!

Their Monmouth coffee is delicious, the fresh green juices amazing, the pastries are addictive and the staff are always smiling even though they are always busy with queues of customers!

Melissa is fantastic and will always be happy to provide recommendations for those adventurous enough to try new things. She definitely knows her stuff and seriously needs a pay rise!!

Almost certainly the best coffee in the Southgate area. Friendly service and a good atmosphere too. Not the largest space, so trickier to guarantee a seat for meeting people, and if you have a laptop they ask you to sit at the bar seating. But generally great, and with a large selection of baked goods too - they do a hazelnut chocolate croissant which is especially tasty.

I love Cloud W Dennis Coffee. :) Very modest interior design. Staff are friendly, coffees are delicious. Delicious food options available. The atmosphere of the cafe is relaxed and nice. In addition, although it is in a central location, it has a relaxing ambiance. Might be the best cafe in Southgate. I like here! :) :)

Best coffee in town, and the guys were so friendly

My husband and I go every single day to this coffee shop. Their espresso is great. We also take our grandchildren too sometimes as they offer lovely babyccino with marshmallows. Staff are so friendly and warm. Best coffee shop in the area.

Great service, coffee, pastries and friendly staff. It's very small and there are only 6 high chairs for work/laptop space which isn't the most comfortable if that's what you're going for but otherwise lovely 💜

This is a top-notch coffee shop with excellent decor. The staff were really friendly. I came here on a Sunday (today) to get some work done on my laptop and their Wi-Fi was fast and reliable to get a few work-things done. I can easily recommend this place.

One of the best coffees I had in London, not to mention the yummy almond croissant. The place is super cute, staff was so nice and it felt really neighborhoody and authentic. Definitely a local gem.

An amazing and cozy coffee shop right next to Southgate. The coffee is from Monmouth roasters and is absolutely top notch. The hot chocolate is very good too. My highlight though are the different pastries. We had their hazelnut croissant, almond croissant and pastel de nata, all very tasty. Gentle, easy listening 2000s music paying the background. Note only seating for about 10 inside but another 20 can sit outside either at the front or at the back.

The vibe in this place is unreal, so tranquil and calms you down just sitting in there.

Wonderfull atmosphere, Frenco and Melli do best coffee. Definitely come down to work or grab a nice cup of coffee. Best place in the area.

Best coffee bar for miles! Friendly baristas, fresh pastries, open fireplace, outdoor seating in a charming period building next door to the Tube and bus station, very convenient!

Amazing cafe with lots of little hidden historical details. The coffee brand they use is top tier. Awesome staff, always so welcoming.
