Dr. Elise Dallas was absolutely incredible at taking care of my health in such a time of need. She was able to spot my illness immediately, connect me to an incredible specialist within the hour, and I was admitted to the hospital and taken care of immediately afterwards. None of this would have been possible with Dr. Elise and I am so grateful for her help. She expressed great empathy and kindness throughout the entire experience, all while moving swiftly to ensure I was cared for. I could not recommend her more.

I came for an appointment at The London General Practice with Dr Jaber as I was unable to get an appointment with my usual GP. The service was excellent, far better than I have ever received before. I was given clear advice and a range of treatment options including preventative treatments, were proposed. Tests were undertaken thoroughly and the results were swift and clearly explained. Thank you for the excellent care.

Excellent service. We found ourselves needing a doctor at 10pm at night for a home visit, and Dr Jaber was very quick to arrive. He was very helpful and kind, and knowledgeable. He was well equipped with everything one would expect if seen at a clinic. Managed to sort out the issues!

I’m an American and needed a medication that is no longer covered by my insurance. The appointment was easy to book and timely once I arrived. Dr. Mehta outlined our options and explained his recommendations. I appreciated his holistic and kind approach. I will definitely be back if I find myself in London again!

My husband and I went to London General Practice for our TruCheck cancer screening and had a really great experience- the clinic is very easy to get to, and you are greeted with a smile at reception. Booking was easy and the space is clean and modern with a very comfortable waiting area with teas and coffees on offer (although we weren’t waiting long). The whole experience was well organised, professional and friendly and I’d definitely use this clinic again should I need. Highly recommended. Thank you to the team.

I couldn't be more complimentary about Dr Mehta. He is extremely clear in his thought, listens well and puts one at complete ease. I also had the most pain-free injection I have ever had from (I think) Lucy.

Dr Bevan is a very professional doctor who looks at the whole person not just the presenting symptom. Through her extensive network she and her PA Emma arrange fast referral to the top specialists when required. Thorough, professional, and empathetic. Top class

The care my husband received from Dr. Sanjay Mehta was exceptional. He listened attentively to my husband's concerns and provided personalized treatment. The entire team at the clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made me and my husband feel comfortable throughout our visit.

Booking by telephone is easy, although they only work Monday to Friday. The environment is nice, with water, coffee, and magazines. The doctors, especially Dr Kasraie, are helpful and attentive. The price is quite expensive but the insurance got everything covered.

Dr Naveed Asif: Professional and very warm individual who made my mum feel relax and comfortable. Extremely thorough and I would recommend me all day long.

Dr. Mehta was incredibly kind and made clear that he had my best interests in mind. He was patient and ensured I stayed informed, and comfortable for any tests or medication he gave me. His diagnosis and prescriptions has alleviated my discomfort significantly, and took great care in ensuring the right treatment was prescribed.

I have been a patient here for almost ten years. I had heart and cancer surgery during those times and can forcefully say that one of the doctors in the practice saved my life. More to the everyday experience, the doctors and staff are friendly, extremely competent and reliable and will take time for you and your condition. I have never written a review on anything and probably won’t ever again but do so because I am grateful for the professional and friendly care over many years. Are they better than others - I can’t tell but I definitely and warmly recommend this great group of doctors to anyone who needs medical assistance, however serious the condition.

I have been visiting the practice now for a few years . Primarily with Dr Bevan . The practice is excellent . The service they offer is second to none .If you need a consultant same day , it’s done . I have recommended friends . Cannot praise the highly enough.

I met Dr. Natalia this morning for an appointment, who was very thorough, addressed my concerns fully and organised necessary tests required. Time was not an issue, friendly and efficient. I cannot recommend Dr. Natalia and The London General Practice highly enough.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Mehta during my vacation in London. On Thursday night, realizing I had pneumonia, he arrived at our rented house promptly at 9:30, diagnosed me with dangerously low blood oxygen levels and a possible blood clot. Dr. Mehta prescribed the necessary medications, including fever-reducing and infection-fighting drugs.

On Friday morning at 5, he provided the reassuring news that I didn't have a blood clot. Dr. Mehta monitored my blood oxygen levels, ensuring they improved in time for my Friday flight home, sparing me from changing airfare. His professionalism was evident as he followed up multiple times throughout Friday, even texting me upon my return to the United States. I'm immensely grateful for his timely intervention, and I wholeheartedly recommend his services.

I have been a patient at the London General practice over the last 3 years and have been impressed by the fantastic team of doctors, support staff and receptionists who are very professional and efficient. I have always been able to make appointments with ease and they are always super helpful to adjust any appointments if needed.

I was highly impressed with the outstanding medical service provided by the London general practise during my travels to London during COVID times when travel was restricted, and I was visiting from the USA. Dr Catrin Bevan provided fantastic service. All my required appointments with consultants were managed for me and appointments secured in a very timely manner. Dr Bevan did everything to ensure I got the treatment required before having to leave the UK giving me peace of mind and I felt totally cared for.

I am highly impressed with the outstanding medical service provided by the London general practise and would recommend them to anyone.

Dr Rai Is what I call a "traditional Private GP."
She looks after and cares for her patients in the bespoke way that one would expect of a Private GP, but she is even better. She is always available when needed and incredibly caring, and that for me is everything.
