Great place to get various qdiy tools and supplies at bargain prices. If you click and collect they will have everything ready for you within 5-10 mins. The girl behind the desk was super helpful. I would definitely recommend this store.

I went to the shop to buy a handle for my bathroom . I went twice, one for buying and the second one to return the piece that I didn't need to fix my door.

The seller blonde woman, was really helpful, professionnel and kind.

Delia is always lovely, knowledgeable and very helpful. I do a lot of my shopping in her branch and she's always consistent in her approach towards customers. She does speak Romanian as well which is a plus as there are a lot of customers with limited understanding of the English language from Romania. The rest of the staff is quite nice as well. All in all I'm very pleased with their services.

My local Toolstation is very conveniently situated and have an extensive range of DIY and Building Products available. Also, good opening times.

The staff are very courteous and helpful most of the time in general.

I would also like to mention in particular Delia, I have had the pleasure of been served by Delia on a few occasions. She is always very helpful, courteous and has great product knowledge. Delia will go the extra mile and is an asset to Toolstation, great Customer Service.

I’m a novice at DIY, so when I came in enquiring about a sander for my door frames and skirting boards a lady named shanara was lovely enough to help me. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, in the end we made a decision and I am very well pleased. Her customer service was 10/10, she was efficient and very patient with me. I will most definitely be returning :)

Really great service. Would be nice to browse on tablets in other parts of the shop the queues was quite long due to the customer browsing the catalogue by the counter. Other than that really good.

BEST TOOLSTATION IN UK. Lucky to have this store in North London, definitely best toolstation in the UK. The girls in this branch are very knowledgeable, helpful, smart and speedy with orders never a big que the guys are cool too. The service is very good and stock levels are good and staff genuinely lovely especially Delia and Rosa nice people

I have had a amazing experience with a young lady called Negin, I am a regular customer thanks to this employee is the definition of customer service. I was working on a project where I needed help with I was struggling with what tools I needed and she guided me better than a manual she step by step searched and looked for everything I needed she is very bright and knowledgeable. I struggled for 2 weeks to work out the dimensions I needed and she worked it out less than 10 minutes thanks to her my client is happy. At the end of the service she told me to have a amazing day which I did have one. She is Golden. Very polite and smart.

I have used the click and collect service many times over the past year and staff have invariably been friendly and helpful. On the one occasion that an item was out of stock they called me and offered alternatives at the same price.

This is my second time at the tool station now, and I’ve been served by the same person twice(Gary). He was a very helpful gentleman, I got help with everything I needed. His manners were remarkable.
