It's deceptive how big it is from the outside, but has a lot on offer. Pool, sauna, free weights, resistance machines, cardio, calisthenics, boxing and a dance studio not much more you could ask for.

Certain sections are a bit dated, but still functional. Staff are very welcoming and always happy to help. Overall 4.8/5 great place to train and the few times I visited definitely underutilised, so no massive ques 👍🏼

Great swimming facilities if caught at the right time of day. Easy access to a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. The price is good if you're willing to pay for three months membership. The only shorter option is a session pass which cost me more than I was happy to spend. Next time I think I'll hit the gym too!

Great gym. It has all the items you'd need to workout. There is small swimming pool, jacuzzi which is out of order from time to time, sauna and steam bath. Worth every penny you have to pay for it. It isn't as new and shiny as some other gyms but has facilities that others lack and very nice staff.

I love this gym! I've never felt so at home in a gym, incredibly friendly staff and teachers, and a great range of classes on offer. I visit on my lunch breaks and always leave feeling better. Also it's such a perk having a pool at such a low monthly price

Ok so they do not have state-of-the-art equipments like Puregym but if you want to be around real people that are in the gym for the purpose of keeping fit and not on constantly on their phones or hanging around until so and so finishes class, or there to stance then this is a place to join. The staff are lovely....at least the ones I have engaged with so far who love what they do and are not there simply to sell products but to encourage you look after your body. I loved the fact there are different floor levels/rooms to work out in and the best ladies gym I have seen in Central Croydon. I do not like the communal changing area which I gather is the same for males...I prefer some privacy and would rather change in cubicle but this is my only dislike concerning this establishment, oh and the seats of the training bikes 😥 but other than that...I love this place.

TV with running machines make a work-out more pleasurable! Great swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna room areas. Staff are very friendly and the new manager has improved everything dramatically!

New cleaner not sure of name she just started but FANTASTIC never seen such a clean showers and changing room good work keep it up 👍

I have recently joined. Very friendly staff. Good facilites. Great pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Some of the weight machines are a little weathered but everything works well.

Very good gym. Have everything what i need. Also they spa is perfect. 2 tyoe of saunas, jacuzzi and swimming pool. Amazing 🙂

Lovely big gym with plenty of equipment for everyone. The swimming pool is very nice and relaxing. Very friendly staff!!

A small, friendly gym with a variety classes to choose from to keep you motivated if you have had enough of the machines and a pool with a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi which helps to melt away the stresses of modern life! 👍😌

Feel really comfortable going here. Was very nervous at first - now I really enjoy going. The staff are really friendly. Really glad I chose this gym. :-)

The gym itself is very nice I love the facilities. The only thing bad is most of the members they're brainless.

I love this place. Staff are really nice. Classes are good. It has a jacuzzi - and a pool. Cannot complain.
