Honestly, this is one of the best dental practices in Croydon! Superb team - from Chelsea the receptionist who made me feel welcome and keeps the team prompt. To Dr Srai and Klaudia who were super personable and dealt with my Xray consultation, patiently talking me through all of my concerns! To my Hygienist Abbie who took the time to break down my new cleaning routine and cared enough to provide me with suggestions to align with my lifestyle. Pain free and bubbly service all round. Merry Christmas and thank you to all of the West Croydon Dental Practice - looking forward to my next appointment!

This is an excellent practice, professionally run by friendly and conscientious staff. My dentist Georgina is superb and always creates a comfortable, virtually pain-free environment for treatment, as do the hygienists. Would recommend highly.

This is the best dentist I have ever been to. The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming and the surgery is bright and modern. The most important part is the dentists of course! They usually make me nervous but I have to say they have always been wonderful. Very non judgemental and super friendly. The only problem is I’m moving and can’t take them with me.

I can not recommend this Dental Practice highly enough. Being someone who has had awful experiences with other Dental Practices, I was reluctant to do anything about my teeth but I finally plucked up the courage to book an appointment.
The receptionist is lovely and they are always very welcoming.
But I have to give my biggest thanks to Dr Preeti Thakur and her Nurse Dillini. Their work has been exceptional and I've been completely comfortable and in the loop from my assessment up until now (several sessions in). I've not only not experienced any pain/discomfort, but I've actually begun to enjoy my Dental sessions.

I had a filling appointment with them today and they were very professional and friendly. My overall impression is that this is a very good quality dental practice.

I wouldn't go anywhere else now. This small and personal surgery has helped me get through my fears of the dentist and push forward with needed dental care. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed, talked through every part of my treatment, given several options regarding it and given my anxiety, Dr Thakur did an excellent job of making sure I was calm and informed.

Great dental practice - I always have a good experience every time I visit. In my last appointment I had Dr Matthews and Klaudia who were extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr Matthews is always happy to answer any questions I have. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I have been a patient at the practice for about 4 years and my dentist has always been Georgina Matthews. Unfortunately, I have reoccuring problems with my teeth and prior to Georgina I had struggled to find a dentist I feel comfortable with and trust. The treatment I receive from her is always brilliant- she explains the suggested work clearly and put syou at ease. I have been to the dentist twice since reopening during lockdown and the practice have reacted amazingly to ensuring the staff have adequate PPE and the environment is as clean as ever. If you're feeling apprehensive about visiting the dentist during these times I'd highly recommend this practice as they have considered all elements to reduce any risk of germs spreading.

I have never trusted dentists previously due to bad experiences and poor-quality treatment and had not visited a dentist for 12 years. I developed toothache and signed up with West Croydon Dental Practice as reviews rated them very highly. I have been using this practice regularly for the last 4 years and have been very happy. My dentist (Dr Matthews) is extremely professional, explains very clearly what needs to be done when something is required and is conservative in her approach; the first dentist I have ever trusted. The hygienist is also very good, being very thorough and professional and has done an excellent job of improving my mouth health. I highly recommend this practice.

Amazing safety measures in place at WCD.

Had to visit during lock down, I wasn't disappointed. My dentist Georgina M was fantastic she was gentle and reassuring and helped me to relax. The care and procedures were clear from entering the building until you are seen by your dentist. I felt safe in their care, their rigorous safety methods were faultless. I do strongly believe their patients and staff well-being are paramount.

Today I went to my first appointment. I'm very impressed with the Covid safe dental practice! Very clean clinic. Staff are wonderful. My dentist Georgina Matthews, she is wonderful and very professional and I feel very relaxed. From now on I will not be dreading going to see a dentist and will make it as regular as I need to. After recently moving to London and as someone who isn't particularly fond of the dentist, I was recommended the practice through a friend and could not be happier with my decision to join! Dr Matthews was very friendly and attentive to my concerns and helped me with all the necessary admin in joining the practice. Her check ups are quick and efficient and she talked me through what she was doing to put me at ease! 10/10!

I've always been nervous when it comes to dentists but Dr Matthews is the best dentist I've had in a very long time, she's very caring, understanding and always takes time to explain to you what she's doing which is very reassuring. I would highly recommend West Croydon dental practice. The staff are all very friendly and professional. My dentist, Dr Matthews is extremely thorough, professional and takes time to explain all procedures. As a result, I have understood the importance of good dental care and have already seen great improvements since I have been going. I also see Rajvi, the hygienist, who is also brilliant. The practice is clean and very conveniently located (just a minute walk from West Croydon station).

I hve been visiting this dentist for around a year and can honestly say it is the best I have visited. This is largely in part to dentist Georgina Matthews and her dental assistant who are punctual, reassuring and relaxing and provide clear and knowledgable advice and treatment. Reception staff are also friendly and very helpful.

I attended recently during the new measures put in place due to coronavirus and felt at all times that procedures were being followed and were clearly explained to me. I did not feel at risk at any stage.
