Craig the very pleasant store leader helped my Dad and I sort out a sim card issue on 5th June 2023.

Craig delivered 5 star customer service, with excellent product knowledge and advice. He was extremely good at helping my elderly father and I was very very impressed.

Craig did such a great job I promised that I would leave him a positive review for his managers to read!
