OYO The Arch, Wembly Stadium

Amazing place, so close to Wembley where we were attending an event. Great room, comfy bed, good shower. Tea, coffee, and water available all day in the reception. Very friendly staff, made us feel very welcome. i would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Very good all round. Room was clean, bedding and mattress seemed quite new and nicely fitted out bathroom. It would be nice to have a kettle but not worth docking a star.
Had a meal here and it was spot on. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful and they should get credit for that.

We had booked over a year ago as we got tickets for Michael McIntyre at the Arena. Did not expect much at all. However, what a little gem the Arch certainly is. Right there and at half the going rate. Perfect. Shall use that hotel again. Staff were so attentive we could not fault any of them. Room was clean so you could not fault anything. Thanks again for the great stay

What a pleasant stay! The rooms were clean , location very convenient next to Wembley stadium station and the staff very helpful. We stayed on a weekday so cannot comment on loud music. They have a pub downstairs which serves great food and there are also quite a number of Indian restaurants nearby. By far the best option if you want to stay in this area.

Perfect little stay for gigs and other adventures in London. I would highly recommend this place. The beds are harder but I personally found these really comfortable to sleep in. The shower in the room and bathroom area was practically brand new and was very clean, all in all a very positive experience and the staff are all extremely friendly.

The staff warned of noise levels in the night as they had live music on until midnight but we didn’t notice any particularly loud noise, I really can’t complain about anything with this venue.

Excellent value for money! Room was very nice and clean, reception staff very friendly and the location was perfect for where we wanted to go for the evening.

Fantastic rooms, nice and clean. Great pub downstairs. 5 star service and hospitality overall.

Made to feel very welcomed during my stay at The Arch. The staff are as awesome, very sociable and kind. As a solo traveller it was great to be able to chat to them as and when.

The hotel itself was very clean, and the room was decent sized.

The bar was fantastic and as a traveller for a concert at the stadium it couldn't have been better located.

I was also super impressed with the service from the team having left behind my Nintendo Switch. They located it and sent it back to me in Bristol via tracked postage.

Great service all round. Would stay again.

Lovely little hotel, situated next to Wembley Stadium (10-15min walk tops) and close to the train station - perfect for what we needed.

Stayed for a week in July. On arrival, staff were very pleasant although sometimes you need to visit the bar to converse with them as the reception isn't always staffed. That said, if you phone them, they quickly appear. I wish there was tea/coffee making facilities in the room rather than a general bar in hallway as that is a little inconvenient. Moved out of my original room as the television didn't work, including when there was decent weather. The switch was not a problem and staff were most helpful although reception in the latter was quite poor too so think they need to address the sigbal problem. The most annoying thing was the party on a Friday night/Saturday night - only went quiet at 02:00 hours. Staff did apologise and gave me a cheaper rate for the next night. They were very helpful assisting me with changes in my plans, assisting me with luggage (I had a lot) and Avi was helpful at a point whereby I was experiencimg a few problems. He negotiated a cheaper rate and was understanding in that I needed longer to stay as i was attempting to secure accommodation in London. When I stripped the bed as I was vacating, I was disgusted by the duvet and pillow stains, evidently drued blood and other bodily fluids, they need to replenish such. Overall, I would stay again as accommodation is decent with a few issues assuming above points were rectified. Staff are amazing, helpful, respectful and friendly. Food was lush.

Everything was great. Really good. It was my 2nd time to visit the area and I am pleased.

Honestly can't fault this place! We were expecting nothing special considering the low price we paid relative to what else was available on a concert night.
The place is small but super friendly, clean and the rooms more than adequate, the ensuites in particular at a great standard. Tea and coffee available all night in the foyer and as it's above a restaurant, there's a lovely gated courtyard to sit out in.
It was so close to Wembley arena and stadium that it was perfect! Really not far from underground stations, and lots of shops nearby. We consider this a great find! Staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Only slight problem was the rooms were quite warm (but had fans)

Nice hotel that's a 4min walk away from Wembley Stadium, 3mins from the train station. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Staff are really helpful and polite. The hotel itself has a bar that's also sell meals, plays live football and lively music. Will be using again when I'm next in the area. Would recommend, great pricing!!

Stayed there while attending a concert at the stadium. Located a stones throw away. We got the train to Wembley Central so it’s a bit of a walk away. Which was fine by us as it was a lovely day and it gave us chance to look at the lots of different shops along the road. There is a station right at the stadium if you don’t fancy that walk.

The room we had only been completed the day before. It still had that ‘new’ smell. The room itself was a decent size. As was the en-suite. Nice touch providing shower gel and hand wash. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. But access to a tea/coffee/water station in the reception area.

Nice little beer garden we’re we had a drink before going to the stadium. Surprisingly not too expensive for London prices.

We were warned when checking in that there would be music playing till 1am. We didn’t hear it.

All the staff we pleasant, polite, welcoming and friendly. I have stayed in Wembley previously in cheaper hotels. But it was definitely worth that little extra.

Location is great- you can see one of the most known landmark just outside your windows , outlet shopping centre minutes away, close by many places to enjoy different foods from all over the world.
Food downstairs was brilliant, portions were big, loads of beers, cocktails to choose from. My self as a whiskey man, I can confirm there is a decent choice, considering it is a pub.
Rooms were decent size, with the very good showers…London is known for low pressure water….at The Arch I did enjoy it very much.
Free Parking is available if you drive and check the streets near by. Only time you need to watch where you parking is on event days.

We specifically wanted a place in Wembley. The Arch Wembley provided a mint and pleasant stay (room was clean and comfy with a sizeable TV). A hotel is located near to convenient communication points, and of course - compliments to the staff.

Stayed here on the weekend. The staff were very friendly, polite and nothing was a problem. The room was clean, tidy and warm. I was very impressed with the food, it exceeded my expectations. Thank you to all the team at OYO the Arch. Highly recommend
