Queens Crescent Practice

The service is great as there are enough staff on duty with the right skills, knowledge and experience. I have been at the practice for 30 years now and my needs have always been met. The GP have always respected my opinion, listened attentively as I describe any of my health issues and symptoms and they always asked me follow-up questions in order to understand the cause of any of my symptoms or illness. They are nev rushing through appointments, they provide quality service and its flawless. For me, my GP has become more like a friend as they are so humble, genius, kind and a humanist so thank you! Always providing outstanding service with a smile.

Brilliant surgery I have registered to. Quick and efficient. Team are fantastic, helpful and friendly. Very honest about anything that is happening regardless of what has happened. Special mention to Sultan for being informative and doing what he can to make sure the running of the surgery is pleasant. I am happy with the surgery and service and I hope it stays like this.

Upon contacting the practice, I spoke to a young man named Ibrahim who dealt with my query promptly and demonstrated great customer service. He dealt with my request efficiently and was happy to answer any questions I had. I was able to get an appointment promptly. Great service provided!

I went to see a GP for an inflammation problem at Queen’s Crescent this afternoon. The staff were brilliant, from the receptionist, who was sweet and kind, to the nurse, Joyce, who was exceptionally helpful, and Dr. Siban, who was reassuring and fantastic. I was scared, but they made sure I was in good hands. Their professionalism and kindness put me at ease, and I left the appointment feeling grateful for such a caring team. I truly appreciate their efforts in providing me with excellent care during a stressful time.

I would like to say a big thank you to the QC team. Since August 2023 my health has been vastly improved and would not have e been in this position without the excellent support guidance and looking after by the QC team.

I had a very pleasant experience when trying to register with the practice. I was worried about my previous medical records transferring over and that I would have to start again and register all my medical history. Ibrahim who works at the practice reassured me as I tend to panic and feel overwhelmed regarding changes. He was very reassuring and kind and provided me with the information I require. Overall excellent experience!

One of the best practice i've ever been registered to, glad i found this particular surgery. The practice has always offered support and the best service possible to me and my family. Wonderful practice, best practice in Kentish Town. We receive good support from the team and the doctors, they are all extremely friendly and always happy to help. Special shout out to the new manager Sultan, he really helped solve some long standing issues we’ve had at the practice

The staffs at Queens Crescent Practice are really nice. They are willing to help what you ask them. I have been seen by few doctors they were nice! among them Dr.Sebi Kukran is one of the best doctor I have ever met. She would give you the opportunity to talk and listen to you actively, before giving any advice. Thankyou Dr Kukran for going that extra mile and helping.

Having been a part of the Queen's Crescent Practice team, I can genuinely say it was a fantastic place to work, and I'm grateful for the experience. Big kudos to Sultan, the new practice manager, for his fantastic work in turning things around! The practice has undergone significant positive changes, becoming more efficient, organised, and focused on delivering top-notch patient care.

Whilst the practice does undoubtedly get busy and appointments may be hard to book, you cannot fault the exceptional quality of care provided by QCP staff. They go above and beyond, even more so than my own GP! Running a GP clinic is no small feat, especially with the challenges imposed by limited government support so please do respect everyone at the practice, as they’re all working hard to ensure you have a positive patient experience. I would highly recommend QCP to anyone seeking quality healthcare in a genuine environment.

On behalf of my aunt who doesn’t have a Google account, I want to convey our profound appreciation of Dr. Kalladi - a very good and helpful doctor. My aunt had been suffering from dizziness for over a year now and it was thanks to Dr. Kalladi that we finally got a diagnosis and referral to a balance clinic. Very good diagnostician and made my aunt feel very comfortable.

This is a great surgery, they take good care if the patients and deal with out problems with great service, they have great receptionists and doctor. Saief is a great receptionist and has helped me a lot, I recommend this surgery.

I have a long term health condition and came into the practice with a history of some frustrating experiences in my previous but Dr Ali at Queens Crescent was very helpful and was knowledgable about my condition and medicine which I haven’t seen much of previously.I’m new to the area and this couldn’t have been a better first experience.
