Toolstation Catford

I went in on the whim whilst at work to see if I could get a some advice on filler options and the right tools as a DIY novice. Steve had extensive knowledge and helped me make the best choices for my repair. Great customer service 10/10

Very good staff. I shop a lot in toolstation especially in catford as they're able to solve anything and treat costumers with car. Mr Ashley has made sure to pull me into catford store with his costumer care skills.

Ashley is a perfect example of great customer service which we could do with replicating more so not just across the entire brand of tool station but all industry in the uk , customer relation build repeat custom , Ashley helped me set up my trade account in an easy way which other wise I wouldn’t have done as don’t like admin
