The delivery was prompt and delivery driver, Shah is very polite and efficient. I called the driver to inform that I was a few minutes away from the house when he arrived and he kindly waited for me. The whole experience of purchasing from Argos to delivery has been very positive.

Today a brilliant gentleman (Nahid) tried to deliver our order to us, unfortunately I had put an old address as my delivery address. He rang me when outside and I informed him of my mistake, he was extremely kind and offered to deliver the order to my home address which was the correct address. I want to say a big thank you to him and the store for such a wonderful customer service and going and beyond to deliver the item to us. Thanks so much.

This store has been remarkable and provided me and family with all our needs for decades, the staff are exceptionally friendly and makes one feel very satisfied, they are full of smiles friendly and helpful, me and my families best shopping experience in Camden without a doubt.

I had two deliveries in one day. The first courier left the package in the reception area, the second one delivered the purchase to my door. On his way back he noticed the previously left order and was kind enough to pick it up for me as well. Thank you Shah, much appreciated.

I ordered two simple folded chairs, product arrived on time (Saturday evening 8pm ish) and the quality of the product, considering it was cheap, was good value for money.

The individual who delivered the product, Shah I believe the gentleman’s name was, was very kind and patient. My address for some reason does not appear on a sat nav, he called me to ask for directions and was very patient with me when I tried to explain (not very clearly), he arrived promptly and assisted with carrying them up to my flat, as I do not live on the first floor.

Thank you Shah for being so kind. I hope management sees this.

Just got my stuff delivered by Shah from Argos Camden. Really helpful and nice person. Coordinated the delivery, delivered on the agreed time slot and took everything to my doorstep safely. I'm very glad with the service.

Best place to shop All the staff are very friendly and helpful, but we are very disappointed that Camden is closing. Please consider people like us keep the store open.

The service here is always top notch.

Great set up for collection, balances the rules and the quick need for some products. Staff seemed to be happy enough/ comfortable with the set up and there were screens and hand sanitiser to help prevent the spread. Was a nice easy process and very pleasant! Thank you 🙏

I visited the store the other day to buy a game console, and I was served by a member of the team called Rofik. He was very helpful as he explained to me about PS5 and XBOX. He was friendly and always had a smile on his face. This experience was EXCELLENT.

Delivered a tv to my office. Super good customer service via chat but also delivery. The driver Rashid was so kind to wait for me a bit as I was not there to collect the tv where he arrived. Literally saved me a rearranged delivery. Thank you so much!!!

Had two orders coming in tonight from Argos because one of them was sold out on amazon currently. Needless to say both arrived same day - Shah was amazing, friendly and fast service. - Andrey

Had a delivery of a desk to my apartment building, which is old and without a lift of any kind. Dewan offered, and helped to bring it up to my front door and was most helpful because it would have been backbreaking without the help. Legend. Good man, solid experience. Cheers!

I really like this Argos. They have friendly staff and never feel pressured when browsing through their catalogues.
Whenever I have made a purchase from here it has been up-to a good quality. Unfortunately one of the last all out Argos branches which are not cheaply and shoddily cramped into a Sainsbury’s. I do not know why Sainsbury’s stuck their nose into this popular and well known retail chain.

Nahid (I think he may go by Mahmood) was incredibly helpful when delivering our bin. The first one was faulty and he went out of his way to ensure one in a good condition got to us. Very good service provided by Nahid.
