I can warmly recommend Castle as very reliable and efficient builders, whose terms were very generous. They are very pleasant people to deal with.

Very high standard but cost is not cheap. But you pay for what you get, Martin and his team are responsive, fast and skilled. They have done an amazing job during one of the wettest month this year.

Encouraged by the many 5* reviews ( the majority of which seem to now have gone? ) we got a verbal quote from Martin at Castle. It was swift but high. We went elsewhere and obtained a quality roof job for far, far less.

EDIT: NOT fake at all. My other reviews ( positive and less so ) ( I travel a little bit ), make perfect sense. I stand by my review 100%.

Hard to rate when they do not reply to emails asking if they are interested in quoting. If you care to reply to mine I’d be delighted to hear from you

Wanted to find someone to repair our roof. Was encouraged by this company’s good rating on google and their website says they offer no obligation quotations. However, when we called to ask if they could come and give us a quote they said they would charge £3500 to come and look at the roof. They mystifyingly objected to the idea that we would want a quote before contracting them and were really rude about it. Strange, but am now just grateful we have escaped employing them as they seem like they’d be awful to deal with based on this.

Full of excuses, did not turn up for prior arrangement for quotation with no phone call. Chased them to no avail and gave up in the end. Don’t waste yout time on this one!

Edit: not a fake review. Other people have complained about flyers being left, and this company is saying any negative review is fake.
