St. John’s Wood Medical Practice

I have been a patient at the St Johns Wood for several years. All the staff (from the receptionists to the nurses) are really kind and professional and helpful . The waiting time to get an appointment is always short. I would also like to particularly thank Dr Jones. She really cares about her patients, is always responsive and makes sure to do all the necessary check-ups and follow-ups.

I have been with this medical practice my entire life and have watched it grow from strength to strength. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff from the helpful receptionists, efficient nurses and health care assistants through to the extremely kind and knowledgeable doctors. They have always managed to see my 86 year old mother at very short notice normally that same day. I think that the St John's Wood community should feel very privileged to benefit from such a practice and think that other practices should emulate them.

Great service altogether. I recently had a resurgence of Asthma and Dr Mike has been dealing with it really well. I got a same day appointment as soon as I called the service. 2 follow up calls within a week or my initial check up. The service provided have been absolutely flawless!

I had the best experience ever here. Normally, when I give blood, I am traumatised. People cannot my find veins, they have to try for a long time and it hurt me. But this person at St John's Wood MP found it immediately and taught me the trick of how to do it. I am a scientist myself and it was fun to learn the mechanism behind this! One knowledgeable person can change your life. Thank you!

Always a great experience. I’ve been with this practice for two years and each time I had to see a GP I would simply call on the day, in the morning before 10 and they would always have an appointment for me. Very little waiting time for my visit and extremely polite and professional doctors. Its a pleasure to visit them.

I totally disagree with the first comment about " Rude Receptionist " They are under huge pressure to deal with demanding patients who have no manners or wait for an appointment. I found them Extremely helpful , kind
considerate and compassionate people working to please every body.

If you are nice to people they are nice in return, try it next time.

My family and I have been with this practice for years and have never had cause for complaint. We see doctors quickly, and if needed we get a 'phone call. The receptionists are helpful and do all they can to facilitate matters. I do not understand these negative posts.

My first experience of this hospital was good. Young receptionist was very pleasant. The decor of the reception waiting room was nice, clean and relaxing.

My 2nd visit to this hospital was also pleasant. I was dealt with an older aged lady who gave me a nice comment about my handmade earrings. I was far too early for my appointment and she suggested that I go away and come back but decided to wait for my Appt.

One of the best surgeries in the country. Amazing staff and I never had to wait more than 3 days max for an appointment. Drs always call you back when you have any concerns.

Friendly staff, good doctors. You can book online and repeat prescriptions online, which I personally find really handy. If you have an emergency, you can usually call the clinic as it opens in the morning and they will do their best to squeeze you in. Big thumbs up.

I have always been impressed by the quick responsiveness, professionalism, and kindness of the people in the practice. I would highly recommend this practice.

I've been with this practice for over 5 years, and I intend to stay with them as long as it is possible, the staff are very professional, warm and welcoming, Dr Laskor is true diamond and always very helpful, warm and understanding.

Great GP, always helpful, competent and friendly doctors and staff, slots were always available on short notice when we needed.
