Bromley Fitness Centre

Still my favorite gym in South London, I want to move back to Bromley just for this gym, it's never too crowded, I love the instructors and the equipments are always clean and ready to use. Great job guys! 👏👏

Great gym for a great price, it has a wide variety of equipment to use 2 squat racks and a brand new power rack recently installed, dumbells that range from 2.5 - 50 KG also classes are run that are available to everyone. the boys in reception are friendly and approachable and cleanliness is not am issue, big changing rooms with lots of a space and never short of a locker.

The downside I think is that it doesn't have a comp bench but that can be substituted by using a squat rack with the safety pins.

Excellent gym would highly recommend.

Recently switched here from Pure Gym Bromley which has become increasingly overcrowded and dirty. Somebody recommended this place to me about a year ago and I wish I’d switched sooner. It’s much smaller than Pure Gym but still has a great range of equipment and never feels crowded or particularly busy, even on Monday evenings. The staff are much friendlier too. The ambience is nice, the other members respectful and overall a nice place to visit for a workout. Great to see it’s also going 24/7.

I was with Virgin active for over a year when I decided to give this gym a try as I live within walking distance. It is a lot smaller then Virgin but it has everything you need and the staff is lovely. Is never too busy and the gym is always clean and now is open 24/7 which is an added bonus. I just cancelled my Virgin membership as I haven’t been there in over 2 months.

Only request is a return to the slightly heavier music style you used to play.

Wicked gym.. great equipment nice and clean .friendly staff great music .. George & Joe are always there to help .. also the Protein shakes are to die for .. not literally..

Can't recommend this gym enough! Such a friendly place to train with great equipment. The staff are always happy to help and the PT's really know their stuff. Have been going for well over a year and wouldn't go anywhere else. Affordable, clean, has everything you need and a wonderful team!

Great gym with a good selection of equipment and classes.. I particularly like the classes as you are in a small group making it more personal and friendly.

Staff are very knowledgeable and always greet you with a smile. If you have a caffeine addiction, there is a wide selection of pre-workouts to choose from. I have recommended this gym to many friends / colleagues in the past and will continue to do so.

Great gym, lovely staff. Ive been coming for around 2yrs now and I dont have any negatives. The equipment is good too and the atmosphere is always welcoming.

The best gym in Bromley hands down. Always getting new equipment in and upgrading. The staff are very friendly as well I'd highly recommend joining this gym.

Very good gym - good steady flow of people & never super busy like some gyms.

Superb little gym. Good owners who have invested well. Plenty more to come by sounds of it. Nice atmosphere but quiet enough to concentrate on the session. Friendly and helpful staff.

I have only praise for this lovely gym and in particular I feel lucky to work with my amazing Personal Trainer Talia who is always terrifically encouraging as well as patient answering my many questions.

Great gym, really helpful team and always enthusiastic! Good value especially as the equipment is top level.
