Recently I changed my broken screen and they gave me free screen protector and they got nice cases and phone accessories.This place now under new management and inside the shop got many section and nice collection .staffs are very friendly and helpful.best shop in the Oxford street .

Come to town to see my first granddaughter, they named her London, and I wanted to get some T-shirts & sweatshirts for family back home in the states that said London,
Everyone was so helpful getting the sizes and colors I wanted, along with great suggestions for other gifts.
Will go back next time I come to town,

Just as most souvenir shops but with slightly better supply of stuff and a lot nicer store.

Big and nice

Verbal harassment by member of staff:

My friend and I visited this shop because we wanted to a find a suitable phone case. Upon arrival of the store one of the member of staff there was very rude, and did not even offer to help us. The member of staff then came out of nowhere, and began to verbally and aggressively threaten me and my friend, by referring to us as 'dumb' and repeatedly continued to name call us, and then made us leave the store. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT VISITING THIS STORE OR PURCHASING ANY OF THE ITEMS THERE, THE MEMBERS OF STAFF ARE VERBALLY AGGRESSIVE, AND EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE.

I have purchased a couple of items today and before even leaving the shop changed my mind and asked to return them. The man who said he was the manager informed me that the shop policy is "no refunds". While I understand that the shop is under no obligation to give refund for the purchase I made, refusing to do so within a minute of making that purchase, when I didn't even leave the store, is an appaling example of greed and attrocious customer (dis)service. They also failed to issue a receipt and don't even deserve one star but there is no option to submit the review without ticking it.

Wish I had seen these reviews sooner. We were scammed here too. Daughter saw a hoodie she wanted. Including a keychain she had to pay £50. Nowhere did it say how much the hoodie was except for a few signs scattered on the display saying £ 12 and £ 25. I asked the lady who did not know I was with my daughter how much the hoodie was, she said it was £25. So then I took the keychain and asked why the keychain was £25 then. The man who was standing next to her then realised we had already purchased the items and wanted answers so he said the hoodie was £45 and the keychain £5. Why in the world would anybody pay £45 for a hoodie? When I wanted to say that the lady gave me a different price they ignored me and helped another customer. Stay clear of this shop. I have reported them to a consumer rights website.

New name is Londonero. Crooks. They charge more money from the card than the cost of the product.

We saw a cap, priced at £10, on a shelf with all items priced at £10. We bought just a cap, a mug and some magnets. The total came to £67. We paid and then checked the bill: there was an item priced at £40. We asked what it was. The salesperson told us “it was the cap”. So we told him “it is marked £10, so we told him we don;t want it if it is £40 and asked for refund” he refused to refund us although we were still in the shop and had not even left yet. He told us “no refund”. Bunch of thieves, avoud at all costs. I will report them to the tourism police. They make London and the UK look bad.

30 pounds for 2 vapes, it’s a scam

I was completely and utterly scammed, one bottle of vape juice was £40

There was no visible pricing, and staff members were pushy and unhelpful.

Avoid this place at all costs.
