really wonderful staff!!! i come here all the time and they have a really nice balance between tea and sugary flavours. nice variety with well made toppings too. one of my favourite t4 branches in London, a drink from here always hits the spot after a long day at work

Didn't know there was such a variety of bubble tea available. Try the lychee royal tea, with the ice it's so refreshing especially in this hot weather.

Staff and managers are very friendly nice decor of shop you can see them making the tea and great service overall.

T4 makes the bubble tea in England. Their pearl and taro milk tea is highly recommended. I’d get T4 bubble tea anytime I pass by Old Street. They have other branches in different cities so check them out. They might be in your location!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the most delightful bubble tea shop in town, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service that set the tone for a fantastic visit.

The staff members were true experts in the art of bubble tea. Mohamed was more than willing to guide me through the menu, help me choose my drink, and even offered helpful suggestions based on my preferences. Their passion for what they do was evident, and it made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Amazing store, extremely efficient orders. Had my tea ready in a couple of minutes. Recommend for non tea drinkers as there is a plethora of other amazing drinks for anyone. Great customer service, very kind employees. Definitely buying here more regularly.

I never really order bubble tea but I must say, t4 does it all!

Brilliant and speedy service with a huge menu, I truly I’m pleased.

Had to come back and write this review cause it was so good. Unlike most milk tea, it was balanced with taste of both tea and milk without being too sweat. My frog enjoyed it.

One of my favourites at T4, taro milkshake. i think all the t4 branches i have been is great at being consistent with their drinks. Didn’t wait long for my drink to be done too, :)

Amazing drinks and experience, came with a few of my friends, I believe at a in busy time, there’s this very talkative guy, Rezza made us feel very welcome and made our drinks super fast!

Somewhat confusing menu for a newcomer (descriptions for each menu item would be helpful) and staff were a little vague but my drink was tasty and the teenager enjoyed her first experience too.
