It's convenient, and click&collect option is the best. They have a great team here! Specially Heba, she went above and beyond to help with my orders. Hence I decided to leave feedback to phrase her great work. Thanks a lot team!

Whenever I go to shop at Park Royal I always get happy when Varshika serves me , when I buy paint she always offers roller set or paint brushes, when I buy cable she always offers clips, and when something is out of stock she always offers alternatives or to order for next day. She gives excellent service and always helpful and friendly. Excellent and experienced staff at toolstation. Will definitely recommend her to other customers.

The best customer service I have received is from Zena. One the most helpful individuals with excellent customer services who always goes out of her way to help. Always very friendly, kind, polite and very vey helpful. If I don't find what I need she always has an alternative to advise. Absolutely love going there. She is a Star :) Thank you Zena.

Really professional Ladies working here on checkouts. Can get very busy at times with social distancing but otherwise excellent. Tip ! Get all your product codes together before going if you want to get in and out .

Today I visited toolstation when getting the item I had no clue on how to put it together, Hiba has gone beyond and helped me put together the item , she was very polite and professional. Definitely coming back soon!!!
