The doctors at this surgery are great and always happy to try and help. I have been with them since I was a child and would never change doctors. The receptionists are always lovely polite and willing to help. This surgery is probably the best one in downham.

The new receptionist at Chinbrook road is amazing. She is really helpful and has a smile that lifts your spirits up. I think I love going into the surgery knowing someone cares.

Dr Malik and Dr Lingaraja are also two amazing people. They understand your issue and help you in any possible way.

My perscription went to the wrong chemist after trying two chemists they had not got it. I rang the doctors spoke to a very pleasant lady who checked where it had gone found it and spoke to the relevant chemist then told me also apologized and said that the chemist offered to deliver pills to me. Very impressed with both the lady at Moorside and the chemist in chinbrook road. Your staff are always helpful thank you.

This clinic used to be good. Last two years its going down hill. It's impossible to see a doctor .I have repeit prescription From Hospital after two operation from my ear which I have to use
the medication rest of the my life but this is rejected by practice Doctor without a solid reason.

Moorside is the worse CLINIC I have ever come across, they never have appointments and even when they offer you a call back its 4hrs later, I placed a call on was on hold for 47mins at number 2, only for the call to be cut off. I then called back waited another 22min just for them to tell me no appointment are available. I had to end calling social services in the end. What a joke

If I could I would give it 0 stars.

I am a patient in ICO health group. From more than one month I am unable to receive an appointment regarding my vaccinations and irregular periods.

My mother is disabled and is not using WhatsApp. Hence, she is also unable to get an appointment. My messages through WhatsApp are ignored.

That is not how you treat patients.

Worst GP I ever been too. I do not recommend it!

I have been a patient with ICO health group from when took over from the doctor. Paver on Wingrove Road.. I must say it's gone bad to worse. Doctors are I'm very young and act like they have loads of experience but need more experience to deal real people. I had a telephone interview with one who asked me to come in to see a doctor the doctor was 20 minutes late A while talker to me, his phone rang and he looked at it very unprofessional.. As I spoke to him, he was not very understanding and ask me to go to A. &. E !
And spoke about his experience with ANE and what he would like to do. But can't do what is the bloody point..
This is somebody's health, they're young unprofessional. Look at all the comments, this is not right.
The only person who is very professional is Tracy one more lady I spoke to today who came from the previous office. This Doctors need to be investigated.

Reception staff are shockingly rude!
They talk like they are GPs and lack communication skills.
The GPs I’ve seen have been lovely but it’s a shame you have to go through the dragons den to reach them!
I work in H&S care and if I spoke to any of the clients or family members in the same way they do, I would be out of a job! Michelle, you need to brush up on your people skills!

Doctor I've never met, only talked to on the phone changed my medication without consulting me and ignored my protests. My mental health is now in decline and no one will listen to me. They won't refer me to any support services and just send the links to me. I can't get help from them without a GP referral.
They are uncaring and honestly dangerous with how they are treating me.

They also changed my pharmacy, despite me confirming with them which one I went to. Took over a week for my medications to go to the correct one. Something I had to do, no help from them.
This happened 3 TIMES with me correcting them each time and them claiming to change it.

I can't even get them to give me a note stating my conditions. Somehow that's beyond them.

The worst service I have ever experience. Was on hold for 1 hour 49 minutes and I be cut off. Called back and still on hold over 1 hour 19 minutes later. This is a call regarding my 4 year son that 111 advisor me to call them for further help. I have never had a good experience with the reception and they are alway rude, even tho they took this job to help people when they are at the worst. Can’t believe I have been on hold since 8.11am and it’s 11.25am and still on hold. Joke

Atrocious. Have sent in two letters of complaint since August and neither have been acknowledged. One particular girl who answers calls is worse than useless and doesn't even book you in for consultation but says she has. Tracy is the only member of staff that is helpful but she's got her hands full! Will be contacting the health ombudsman in due course but unfortunately I've got another 4 months to wait for a reply that may never come before I can do so. National Health Sabotage at this point!!!

Long story short: This GP surgery misdiagnosed my daughter THREE times. Prescribed her medication without seeing her. Got a face to face appointment after being adamant that there is an underlying issue which I knew from the start!

Unfortunately I had to go through my GP to get an ENT appointment, as we had been to the hospital to see if she could be reffered.

Because of their negligence and misdiagnosis she had to have an operation. I will never forgive them for allowing a TWO YEAR OLD to go unseen and I'm glad I as a parent kept pushing!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this GP practice.
