Highland Medical Practice - Bromley Surgery

This surgery has consistently been reliable and very friendly. I have never had a problem getting a face to face appointment and I have been having regular check ups and blood tests for the last couple of years. I've now just discovered they also have an in-house physio for which i got an appointment really quickly. All for free! Thank you NHS and the fabulous staff at Highland Medical Practise!

The staff and the Doctors are amazing. I am extremely happy with the team. They listen. They care and they are so much better than my old surgery. My old surgery you could never get an appointment. The appointment call backs are prompt. Thank you to the doctor who sent me straight to A&E. Great service.

I was so apprehensive about booking my cervical screening appointment, because everytime I have attended this practice, its just always felt as if I am bothering the receptionist and the doctors, but my appointment today was with the sexual health practitioner/doctor, who was amazing. So friendly, so helpful so warm so professional. I left today feeling really informed and without any concerns; I'd even go as far as saying that the information she provided, made me feel empowered.

Absolutely fantastic! I have moved to this practice following bad experiences somewhere else and I am so happy with the care I receive here I moved my parents as well! I cannot recommend this practice enough. Yes it gets busy, where doesn't?!, the doctors and staff working there are professional, kind and clearly care about the patients that come in. All the GPs that I have seen have been thorough, knowledgeable and attentive.

Was dealing with some health issues post operatively, and arranfe a telephone consultation with Highland Medical Practice. I got a call from Dr Siva G just couple of days after. He was so profesional, detailed and efficient.

Dr Chelvan has been my GP since he took over the practice many years ago from Dr Hyatt and always discharged his functions 100% , responded readily when necessary, and always provided much appreciated trustworthy advice and support.
