I recently visited Dr. Patel and I must say, she is a fantastic dentist! Her reassuring and relaxing demeanour makes every appointment a calming experience, which is incredibly valuable when it comes to dental care. Dr. Patel consistently prioritises her patients’ quality of life, engaging in joint decision-making to ensure the best outcomes.

The practice manager at this clinic is also exceptional. Over the years, I’ve encountered a few issues, as one might expect in a long-term relationship with a dental practice. Each time, the practice manager handled the situation with utmost professionalism and amiability, demonstrating their commitment to patient satisfaction.

The reception staff are equally commendable, contributing to an overall standard of excellence in service. This practice truly places its patients first, making it easy for me to highly recommend their services to anyone seeking top-notch dental care.

This is a great dental practice. I've been a patient for 14 years now. All of the reception staff are helpful and friendly and provide great support. My hygenist, Cheryl, must be the sunniest person you'll meet and is a skilled professional. I've seen quite a few different dentists here and they've all answered my questions patiently, competently and with a lot of expertise. Thank you to the lovely team!

Very good dental practice, very friendly and helpful staff. Great treatment and support. I met with dr. My local dentist. Lovely staff here, receptionists are always very friendly and helpful. Dentists make you feel comfortable. I had a check up with Dr Husein Abdula who made sure to answer all my questions and was very attentive. Great service for a very affordable price. Sometimes a bit of an issue with wait times for appointments but through no fault of this establishment. Thank you .

Only two things I dislike is having to always complete the forms everytime you visit for appointments or via text sent via sms. Fair enough if someones health has changed and needs to be updated but we shouldn’t have to go through the whole form when nothing has changed in health wise.

2. When you suffer from forgetting your appointments, I do not like the system generated letters how they will dismiss you from the dental practise if you miss a 3rd appointment.
I think this should be considered very carefully and they should take in Consideration of people who suffer from any type of memory loss, forgetfulness due to health issues or illness. This letter is very sensitive and should be not sent, you feel threatened by it! You need to consider patients vulnerability. But other wise good dentist.thank you

I have recently completed a course of treatment with Dr Chawich, which involved two extractions, implants and crowns. I am used to helpful staff and great treatment at Lewisham Dental Practice, but Dr Chawich was in a league of his own. Highly skilled, dexterous and knowledgeable, he is also a very nice guy. It is not much fun having a lot of dental work done, but I would like to say a big thank you to Dr Chawich and everyone at Lewisham Dental Practice for making it as easy (and painless) as possible.

All staff are helpful and friendly. Dentist Dr Hanna Hughes explained the treatment plan and was very gentle at all times. Have always had good service at the practice.

This is my first time of dental checkup in the uk and I was very worried for my tooth and the process that I didn't know anything about. But everyone here is very kind and patient to explain everything for me, from the receptionist to the dentist to the hygienist. It's such a very nice experience and I have to leave a comment here!

Lovely staff all round! Very warm welcome from the receptionist team who always help me with the stair lift when bringing my little ones in for their check ups! Very engaging, attentive & warm! Thank you all for always making my visits so lovely!

All staff are helpful and friendly. Dr dara ali hughes experience and very good . Got an appointment same day done check up , clean . I was very pleased with the service .

My mother enquired about getting me registered as an NHS patient as I am a university student and had recently moved to the area. They did this immediately and offered me an appointment for within a few days. They resolved my issue quickly and offered great advice re dental health.

Despite all the bad press about dental services - here is a well run dental practice. Despite numerous staff changes it is a clean, polite and efficiently run practice. The dentist was young and clearly well trained

Anira and the dental nurse (sorry didn’t catch their name) were very friendly and very informative. Best experience I’ve had at a dentist and will be coming back with any issues!

Today I had a regular check up with a dentist new to me.
She was very friendly and helpful, explained everything very clearly and completed the treatment very quickly.
She definitely lives up to the very high standards set by this practice.

Excellent practice! Prompt telephone response, efficient booking process and follow up and, brilliant dentist. All in a bright, pleasant environment with friendly staff.

Fantastic experience - x rays in the morning and a quick visit in the afternoon for a white filing. Very good dentist, explained what will happen and what options are available for my tooth. Very please with the treatment that lasts for longer than estimated and feels good.

My appointment was with the Hygienist. She remembered me from my previous visit and greeted me warmly. She asked how had I been since my last visit. Then she asked me how well was I managing my hygiene care. After which she explained what she was going to do and asked if I had any questions (as she always does). At every step and afterwords gave advice on how to maintain my gum health. She was warm, kind and professional as always.

Efficient and friendly staff!
Urgently needed to register and get an appointment for a painful toothache and it only took a week from calling to register to getting an appointment for my root canal treatment :) Highly recommend!

My crown came off on Friday,I tried for 2 days to get an emergency appointment,which I did get one on Tuesday.I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time.The Dentist lady was really nice,calm and quick.It only took 10 minutes for my crown to be re-cemented.I would recommend this Dentist surgery because all staff are very polite,pleasant and they are very reassuring.
