I've been to Brophy Dental Practice on several occasions now and I have to say, the service has been exceptional every single time. From the professionalism of the reception staff to the knowledge and experience shown by Shivani, the other dentists and the amazing hygienist, it's clear that this practice takes it's work very seriously (but they do it all with a smile). I would happily recommend this practice to anyone!

Shivani has treated me recently firstly for an extraction and now for a crown. I had avoided going to the dentist after bad experiences before at different practice. Shivani has got to be one of the best dentists in Bromley I cant praise her expertise, patience and all round exceptional treatment enough. The support staff are also friendly and welcoming. If you need the dentist and are a bit nervous then see Shivani you will lose yr fear.

I have always experineced great professional care from all the staff at Mr Brophy's. Shivani is a caring and great dentist, who always puts my mind at rest during treatment as I am a nervous patient. She explains treatment in very good detail and answers all my questions clearly. Highly recommend this dentist.

***If you think your child may need braces but Brophy Dental Practice is refusing get a second opinion now***.
Please think twice about using this dentist for your Children under the NHS. They don’t like to complete the work that are the NHS prices and will refuse but agree to do the works privately. I requested for years if my son could have a referral to an orthodontist and for year they refused this but always saying that it could be done by them privately at a cost of 4k. After a discussion with a family member they advised that I change dentist and get a second opinion in which I did. Only after the first visit to new dentist in Dulwich was it confirmed that my now 16 year old son had required braces as he had severe over lapping and this would only get worse as he got older. He also has an overbite that again over the years would have gotten worse. They also went to say that it was long overdue and if he had gotten them earlier he would have been over the worse of it but now he will be in his late teens before he finishes his treatment. ***If you think your child may need braces but Brophy Dental Practice is refusing get a second opinion now***

Very rude staff, especially on the phones. When cancelling want proof for this and that during a pandemic!!

Will not be going back, will not be taking my children back. I advise others to go somewhere where their word is trusted and as adults we are respected and not dealt with like children!

I spent alot of money at this detist I worked hard for probably few hundred having fillings done and that and I went here a few months back to have a few fillings done one of them Iv always felt pressure and uncomfortable when eating so I went back to explain and the dentist lady she said it needed fileing down so she did that but It didn't solve the problem at all still the same so I went to a new dentist with seems like they know what they are doing and experienced so Iv had x rays and stuff done and the dentist said to me the fillings I had done at this dentist was not done properly at all and who did them clearly have no idea what they are doing and reasons why my filling feels uncomfortable and pressure on it because it's not level with any of the the teeth and big hole and gape behind now it's decayed also another filling what was done here was not done properly either to big of a filling for the tooth so my new dentist is going to redo them all properly like they should of been done at first. Im Not happy at all with this detist thought It was good dentist obviously not wasted alot of money here for nothing now to pay out again for fillings that ant been done properly by the female dentist savarni.i would not recommend getting any fillings done here or by her.go else where waste of money and you can't even get your teeth done properly.I will be putting a complaint through about this and try get my money back Iv paid and wasted!
