I needed to move a piano on short notice across London and was delighted to find this company. They replied quickly and concise, the quote was within my budget (probably on the low end).

The speed and quality of setting up this transportation put me at ease.

The movers who brought me my piano were polite, confident and absolutely great.

My piano arrived in perfect condition and was placed exactly where I wanted it. There was no attempt to rush or "get it done". I can not emphasis the importance of using professionals who've done this a long time.

The three guys doing the job barely hat to talk to each other, it was like watching a well seasoned team doing magic.

Pers moved us out of our family home during a 1 year renovation and then back again two weeks ago. It was a fairly complex move with items going to a rented house, moved around the existing house and we also used Pers storage service. The team did a great job. Polite, hard working and nothing was too much trouble. I really appreciate this. It’s impressive that the company has maintain these high standards as we used Pers 9 years ago and had a good experience then so to repeat the high quality service over this time horizon is worth noting. The removal team was excellent. They really took a lot of the stress out of moving. They willingly moved out bits of furniture that the previous owners had left in the house and moved around items of furniture from one room to another before they started bringing our furniture in. They offered to re-locate items of our furniture from one room to another if we subsequently decided that we didn't really want it where we had originally thought.

Pers Removals did a fantastic job for us and I can't recommend them too highly. The quote was competitive, the logistical plan smart ( we had stuff going to two different places on consecutive days). They got us everything we needed (boxes, tape) beforehand and communications were quick and efficient. On the packing and moving days their guys were polite and very nice, fast but careful, and when it came to the heavy lifting, heroic. It was a big job and they worked tirelessly to move things to where we wanted with endless good humour. Look no further.

Pers Removals has now moved me twice, into and out of a rental property while our home was being re-furbished. Competitively priced with a good bunch of people who are friendly and responsive to your demands. They work hard and quickly and pack everything thoroughly. We had no breakages either time and I have already recommended Pers to some friends who have also used them very happily. I also used them for last minute emergency storage with equally high satisfaction, though in hindsight storage in larger containers would have been more cost effective - my error, not Pers'.

Just a note to say a HUGE thank you to everyone at Pers Removals for their hard work and efforts with our move on Thursday and Friday.

Janis, Mark, Richard and the rest of the team were so kind, helpful, efficient, friendly and polite and did a wonderful job. Both the administration staff and the removal team completely took the stress out of our move and gave us time to not only enjoy the last few days in our old house (and neighbourhood) but also enjoy our new home from the minute we set foot in the door.

Using a professional removal company instead of our local man and his van was a last minute decision . We wanted it done and over with quickly and efficiently and had to use the people with the right tools!!
The person who I talked to on the phone was very nice and friendly. We were visited by one of his colleagues the next day and all was arranged for the move despite our short notice. We recently used Pers Removals for a London to Buckinghamshire house move. The service included two full days packing / loading and one day unloading. Throughout the three days the team were professional, friendly, efficient and careful. We have had great customer service with Pers from start to finish in the process of moving house. This started with a friendly and practical assessment of our needs; a very competitive quotation for the work; efficient administration throughout; as well as a friendly and hardworking removals team who showed great care in moving our things. We would like to thank Hayley for her administration and coordination, Richard for his personal approach during his assessment of the work and Vincent and Bob who made the removals process seem easy.

Pers Removals were extremely efficient and hard working, taking the time to carefully box up items and load onto the removals trucks. The team unloaded everything and even reassembled the beds for us, saving us precious time as we were busy cleaning and unpacking everything else. I had a really positive experience with Pers removals . I had been let down at the very last minute by another shipping company for what was quite a complicated job. Within 48 hours of contacting Pers, they had hired a crane for me to move a fragile and very heavy sculpture. Within 2 hours the sculpture was at its required location. They packed it well, took numerous photos and videos , and it arrived in perfect condition. Hardworking as they are they wanted to start at 6am- I gave them full access to my work space knowing my instincts of their good and honest nature was correct. I would without a doubt use Pers removal again, and recommend them not just for moving home but also for moving large scale,fragile and unusual items!

I used Pers due to their recommendations and approval rating on Google. Their initial survey was great and nothing appeared too daunting and unlike others we saw, they didn't feel the need for any windows to be taken out to move any of the furniture. The packer was excellent and my elderly mum was so calm when I saw her that I wasn't at all worried about the move for her. As for the actual day, the removal guys were professional and handled everything with care. In all, went very smoothly in part due to Pers Removals and their excellent team.

I can highly recommend Pers Removals. They were highly professional, organised, cheerful and extremely hardworking. We used their packing service which was excellent - not one item missing or broken as you so often hear happens with moves - and the men were all extremely polite and helpful. They arrived promptly on moving day, treated everything with care, and as I say everything arrived intact at our new house where they then reassembled our furniture for us and made the empty house feel like a home already by the time they had left! An excellent service from start to finish!

Thank you so much, Pers Removals, you did an excellent job! The guys turned up on time, packed the whole 3 bedroom appartment in a matter of hours. Most of the items were wrapped individually and the boxes were marketed in accordance with the room, they were light and manageable to lift. Large and heavy furniture was carefully dismantled and assembled back in the new house. They were polite and did everything in accordance with our instructions. They have even created an ‘aisle’ between the boxes in the garage so that it was easier to navigate! I would highly recommend Pers Removals.

The delivery guys were really quick, efficient and helpful. The person who I spoke to over the phone and by email to make the booking was also very friendly and accommodating of all our requests.
