From the initial friendly visit where they provided a competitive quote in person (unlike some other companies that only offer online estimates), to the seamless and punctual execution on moving day, they have exceeded expectations. Their careful handling of furniture resulted in zero damages, and their expert assembly skills left everything in place beautifully. From the moment I did the booking Robert was fantastic. Very fast to respond, professional and well priced.
As far as the removals job, Kris the foreman was perfect. His team took great care in packing everything. They were kind, understanding and again very professional.

Budget moved us in March and we can't recommend them enough. Robert was swift with communication and answering our many questions via email. We arranged for boxes to be delivered prior to the removal so we could pack ourselves. We originally thought we needed a lot of medium boxes but after Robert saw our things, he suggested less medium and more small. He was right! The two men that conducted the actual removal were incredibly efficient. They arrived on time and in less than 8 hours, we were moved into our new flat. Each piece of furniture and box was delivered to the correct room and spot. Nothing was broken and everything was accounted for. 5-star service!

Used Robert and his team to relocate from London to Newcastle on 21 March. A really professional outfit with no pretence and a very reasonable price. Robert’s communication was great, responding to queries in a timely fashion. There were some logistical points that remained outstanding until 24-48 hours before our move which did cause some uncertainty, but Rob’s communication remained spot on. The team who implemented the move on the day (Chris and Slavek) were professional and efficient. Everything was packed and unloaded carefully, with no damage to products on delivery. Excellent service from Budget Removals - efficient, polite and hassle-free. Took extra care with delicate items that we had like wine glasses. Really helped that they had their own (affordable) storage too as we were able to do both the move and storage through one company! Would recommend them for sure.
