Jourden was brilliant. I not only got the product I came for but two additional items plus an insightful food for thought conversation. The staff that I've dealt with so far always take their time. Great customer service, thanks so much again.

Can never fault the staff here. Even when really busy, they maintain a level of friendliness and politeness. Very helpful. No hard sell either, especially if you're not sure what you want.

The staff at this store are all so lovely! The assistant helped me to build a bracelet for my mum, I really wish I took her name. I even went back to the next day to return it and was served by another person. I have been to this Pandora on a few occasions and the staff are very polite and take the time out to help you.

I know the ques can be long but that’s expected as the service the offer is personalised and they take time to help each customer. The gifts are thoughtful and they will help you to think about what you want to buy.

I was served by Abbie and she was brilliant! She took her time in showing me the different charms and walked me through the process of the new engraving service. She was very attentive and friendly and this will definitely be my go to branch because of her service and professionalism.

I was served by Kaela today and she was such a lovely staff member. I was really indecisive and I wasn’t sure what I want, but she helped me with my choices and stayed really friendly although it took me some time to decide. She was incredible and I hope I get to be served by her again next time I go there!

I came to exchange or fix my damaged charms to this store today and Aleyna was extremely helpful. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the same ones anymore and I thought the repair time is just too long for me, but I’ve got them exchanged and she recommended some very useful stuffs as clips as an addition to my bracelet. And on the top of that she was very chatty and highly intelligent as well. Pleasant sales assistant, I’m very happy now. Thanks for your help!

I’m the first to call out bad customer service so credit where credits is due. Zahra in the Bromley store was an absolute delight, so friendly, attentive and knowledgable. She made an effort to make my daughter feel so special and excited, even if we did have to carry the bag all the way home extra carefully!

Having pre-ordered I went into to collect. Organised queue in place and it took a few minutes before being seen, but as it was the Saturday before Valentine's not unsurprising (especially with free charm voucher on).
Staff helpful and my order was ready, left happy!

I had a recent issue with a purchase I had made so sent an email. Had very prompt and helpful email returned from Eloise. Visited store to follow Eloise advice and found Nikita very efficient and friendly, returned the next day for another purchase and had the same efficient friendly service from Matthew. I recommend visiting the Bromley shop.

Even though I only went in to ask some questions I had about the new Me range, it was no trouble for Zara. Fantastic customer service, and I will come back to this shop in future.
