Brilliant! Really nice guy, helpful, and drove carefully. We also had an issue with picking up our keys and without hesitation, Sam said it was no problem and changed the date free of charge only 2 hours before the agreed time slot. Would 100% recommend and use his service again!

Sam was perfect, arrived with plenty of time and was extremely professional and well humored throughout the move that put any anxiety to rest. Very well priced also considering it's a proper moving van. I hope I don't need to move soon, but if I do I'll give Sam another call

I picked this company as it was fairly local to me (Hammersmith area) and they had a bunch of good reviews. My particular job was quite challenging as I had a 76 boxes , a ton of furniture and parking was an issue as I was on a high street with very limited parking. On the day the company came around found parking in a shop loading bay relatively near. They carefully assessed the work needed and were very quick and organised on prioritising how things needed to be processed to minimise the loading time. They work hard and got the job done quickly and reliably and are definitely they guys you want when doing a move

Sam and his colleague came to move my cousin from his childhood home to a new home in Hammersmith, which was a hard move for him as he is autistic. We had great service from Sams removals from beginning to end. They were kind and extremely helpful and I feel they went over and above. Very highly recommended removal company. Thanks Sam!

Anyone who has sold a property in UK knows that it is a stressful process. When you are trying to manage a sale from another country on the other side of the world, it is even more so. One thing I haven't had to worry about is clearing & disposing of the furniture at my property. Sam was so helpful at accommodating my ever changing exchange dates, dealing directly with the estate agent, and cleared the my property at short notice. Had a good experience with this company. Gentleman on the phone was great in getting quotation and payment setup. Make no mistake - these guys will not be beaten on price. There was a bit of stress getting the van parked on my (very busy) street and I think the driver was a bit worried about getting a ticket - but we worked with him to get the goods in the van asap and he dropped us off with the goods with no issues. Overall very good service and will be using again soon!

I called Sam Removals on 24 hours' notice after another removals company cancelled the day before I was booked to move. Sam was very helpful on the phone and took my booking for the next day without delay. The driver showed up bang on time and was extremely friendly and courteous. Price was excellent. I'm enormously happy with the service I got and I'll be using this company again whenever I need to move in future. A+ job guys, thank you.

this was a marvelous experience, they arrived on time even with a bigger van than we have booked. we have used the removal service to move boxes, luggage and other small items from one house to another. we booked 2 hours only. The driver was super friendly, helpful and super quick in loading and unloading our things to and from the van that we ended up with half an hour to spare although the drive itself took almost 1 hour.
I would definitely use it for our next removal and will surely recommend it to everyone.

Service was excellent. The booking process was simple. The mover arrived on time and was professional and efficient. I was very impressed with the great care he took with my belongings - and nothing arrived broken or damaged on the other end. Service was fast, professional and courteous.
