An efficient and friendly service every time The GP , Nurses and other staff are knowledgeable, thorough and listens. The prescription service was quick. Got phone or face to face appointment straightaway through e consult and would recommend.

I am very happy with this gp I was very sick they help me with tritment and the staff is very helpful thank you for everything!

This GP surgery has deffinately improved within the last few years. I've been coming here my whole life and it's been a disaster in the past. Yes, you will be left waiting in the phone queue for half an hour but what GP surgery isn't busy now adays? It takes a while for them to call you back after an Econsult but in urgent matters they are quite quick and efficient. The Dr's are all very good.

The reason I am writing this review however is to praise Raquel, the amazing receptionist who goes above and beyond to help everyone. She's polite. Kind. Super helpful. And just so pleasant. I feel because of you the surgery is a different place! Thank you for always been so helpful!

Doctor Kogulanatan Aaron he is the best, we don’t move our GP from here because of him.We are on this GP from 8 years but all the time we prefer to wait when he gets space available for consultations then to go on different Doctor

I am very pleased with the service and care I receive at Preston Road Surgery. All the staff are very friendly and I am able to book an appointment easily whenever I need. My doctor is very kind and professional. In addition, I have been particularly impressed and reassured with the special precautions and social distancing measures they have put into place during the pandemic.

Brilliant service and treatment given to me by Dr. Rogers. She was polite, courteous and was very considerate and understanding given my circumstances. The receptionists were also helpful and made sure I was seen quickly.

Editing review about GP, few years ago was completely disaster was impossible to get a call or appointment.
For the past year this gp practice has improved a lot, always get help whenever needed. They always call me back and give referrals.

Amazing service given to me by the manager his name was Samad. Needed help with a few queries and he answered all my questions for myself and my child with the utmost care. Really seen an improvement lately 👏🏼

Amazing staff and very helpful. Service is quick and informative. Appointments are available and a nice surgery overall.

The surgery has recently undergone quite a few changes recently and there have been some difficult circumstances. Speaking as someone who has used this practice for at least 30 years, I can say that they are doing a Stirling job, particularly with the changes in the demographic over the time I have been on their books.

Less experience reviewers might differ in opinion, but I think experience counts!
