I am very happy with the consultation by phone, the clinician asked me very detailed questions and gave precise instructions for my condition. Also was a really nice person. No complaints.

I was prescribed with the wrong insulin and was very lucky to pick up on it. I don’t understand how clinicians are prescribing medicine when they are not proper doctors. Worse thing is the next clinician that phoned me to prescribe the correct insulin was asking ME which one is rapid and long acting insulin. Very unprofessional, this surgery and associated surgeries are going downhill and should be shut down. Let’s not talk about how rude and untrained receptionists are at these practices.. we will be here forever!

Update: Jan 2024: Can’t get hold of anyone so i went in to book a simple appointment to get a referral letter but to be advised they can’t book even an appointment to see a doctor. Seems like a good business structure since they have merged with others

This was the third time trying to be seen about the same problem, the first 2 times I booked an appointment I was sent to a Pharmacy to be seen by unqualified people. It took 3 weeks to get an appointment with a doctor at this GP. I arrived for my appointment & then was kept waiting for 40 minutes, so I was late for work. I asked the doctor if she thought it was acceptable that patients have to wait 3-4 weeks for an appointment and then wait 40 minutes for their scheduled appointment. She replied ’Yes’ clearly a demonstration of her arrogance and lack of care for the patients.

Run away from this place as far as possible.
I dealt with this surgery a few times, they are super slow, very unoranised, lazy - telephone line and their opening times are from 8 AM, but the lines only start working around or after 8:15 and you can hear the clerk on the other line saying goodmorning to other colleagues, meanin they're running late.

You cannot call or walk-in to book / request a GP's appointment, you have to use their online e-consult platform, which is subcontracted I believe. Basically to book an appointment you have to go through this unecessary and stupid really stage where you have to explain what is wrong with you and what do you want from them, they will then take 48 hours more or less to respond and ask more questions before booking a visit - really stupid!

I had a scenario where I had severe headaches and was going back and forward with appointments, eventually they offered me an appointment in 2 weeks time - I went balistic on them saying they are a joke, I have a serious condition and this is the best they can do after I had to deal with this online rubbish consultation and they immediatelly offered me a visit in the next few days - lazy people.

Their other branches - Haseldene - whenever you call them, the line is always busy, you go there to speak in person and they take forever to answer the intercom and make you talk to them outside via intercom - how does this chain even exist???

They kept saying they attempted to call me twice but only once at 9am with a voicemail stating they will call again. Whole day passed without a call, called up to find out more information to a long queue with rude staff to be informed I was called twice.

Managed to get a date on when they will call but no time, expecting to be in the morning but instead get a call at 3pm. Try calling back to be in a queue for over an hour to get the response that multiple calls was attempted. Now I'm filling up another eOnline form for the same issue, just seem like these people dont want to do their work or job.

Would be ideal to be given a specific time period, instead of saying be free all day...Without any time period I'll book
