This is my favourite boutique salon. The only place that I trust to make my nails look beautiful and to enjoy a relaxing, pampering sessions. Vanessa and the team at Queen of Hearts are great professionals, always make excellent recommendations for nail colours, treatments or products, really knowledgeable and with great taste always!

Love it here! My favourite beauty salon in north west London. I get my nails and lash lifts done here. The team are so friendly and always do a lovely job. I always leave really pleased with my treatments. The salon has a really calm and sophisticated atmosphere . I always feel relaxed after my treatments.

I can't say whether she is the queen of hearts, but certainly I can say Vanessa is the Queen of gloriously satisfied clients. I honestly thought my nails were beyond hope before meeting Vanessa. Vanessa's intervention was so powerful that I'm honestly most annoyed that it's winter and I can't show them off. Thank you Vanessa Queen of my now beautiful nails.

Vanessa is an absolutely lovely person who cut my hair beautifully. This was my first time here but I was very, very happy with the whole experience. The salon is also very recently done up and the white decor makes it feel nice and airy. Will definitely be going back here to get my hair done again!

I went in to get eyelash extensions, and the woman working (I forget her name, sorry!) told me that I should get the lift and tint instead. She was not trying to get more money or scam me at all! She was genuinely nice and trying to tell me my best option! I am so happy I listened to her because my lashes turned out amazing! They look so good, and I will definitely be going back. I would recommend this place to anyone for any of their services. The salon is cute and very clean!

A little gem in Belsize Park. Vanessa the owner is super friendly and does an amazing job on hair and nails. I always feel gorgeous and happy after I leave, and the prices are reasonable too. I can't wait for it to re-open, it has a welcoming atmosphere and is an all around fantastic salon.

Vanessa and her friendly and team are unfailingly welcoming, polite and professional. I've been visiting this salon for several years and continue to be impressed by the treatments.
The eyebrow threading is second-to-none and exceptionally good value and the pedis last for weeks (with regular polish). My pre-lockdown haircut was a departure from my usual style thanks to Vanessa's gentle encouragement to try something different and I'm so pleased I did.
I am counting down the hours until Queen of Hearts reopens so I can get on top of my grooming and enjoy some pampering.

I went here just before lockdown and had a great job done to my nails, brows and lashes. They are very professional and looked after me well. Will definitely be returning for nails, lash lift and eyebrow tinting! Highly recommend

Sinthia was amazing. I came with my 16 year old daughter to have a piercing, Sinthia was reassuring and fast. She went through the post care well. Let’s hope my daughter follows them well!

The girls here are so friendly and professional! They make you feel so comfortable and they’re so good at what they do! I’ve had so many different treatments done and they’ve all been done so well! It’s so hard to find a good salon with friendly people for a reasonable price, this place is defo a hidden gem, highly recommend.

Vanessa is a wonderful hairdresser and a really nice person. She took time to understand what I wanted and made good recommendations! Would definitely reccomend and will be going back!

Had my hair done here by Vanessa and she is very kind and accomdating even though I was nervous about getting my hair cut. She did a fantastic cut and I have received many compliments!

Cute place, clean and nice atmosphere. Really friendly service from the phone call to book right through to the end. Sabrina did a great shellac pedi, really happy with the result, she did a thorough job and was quick without rushing it. Will definitely be back again.

I have been twice now and seen Vanessa both times. She is absolutely wonderful. She is honest, kind and does a fab job. She tinted and curled my lashes and seemlessly did a pedi at the same time. What a pleasure.

This salon has saved my hair! I have bleached hair natural colour is black, and have gone to very expensive salons who have ruined and damaged my hair. I have had my hair cut, dyed, toned and treatment here a few occasions now and have seen massive improvements in the health of my hair! Thank you queen of hearts!

My daughter got her ears pirced for only £20, inexpensive and really well done. The owner was really lovely, professional and helpful, all treatments are at amazing prices and great quality. I highly recommend to all.
