A huge gratitude to Miss Saida, who assisted to resolve my issue over the phone today for her high level in customer support. She saved me time and the hustle of travelling to the bank. She went through the issue with me even that it took longer than expected with a nice attitude and humbleness throughout the call until the issue was resolved.

The service was good, pretty much similar to any other respectful bank in the UK, Got all my stuff sorted by Abdelmoula in a professional way, I would definitely go back there again.

I am a customer of chaabibank and I can say that the new team are giving a good service, being patient with customers and explaining every thing clearly to us and while I have been there I heard people talking in a bad away and not able to understand the rules of the UK when sending money to Morocco people that think that the banker doesn't want to send their money when the rules are on top of everybody and we need to respect the law and each other too.

Happy to see that we are improving and making a step forward.

I can see many negative comments here but I had a very good experience with the new Staff and the new Manager, young man that has been trying hard to resolve the issues that customers used to have before.

I have been served by Mr Takieddine that helped me to know about my account and resolved my problem with Online Banking, and answered all my questions.

Very happy to see the progress and I want to say Thank you to Chaabibank team for their patience.

I genuinely fail to see why there's so many negative comments here! I visited this branch with my Moroccan wife this morning in order to open an account for her. The staff were all friendly but we were fortunate enough to be served by a particularly helpful gentleman by the name of Younes who's a fine example of perfect customer service - he was incredibly polite and helpful! It's a very small branch, and is the only Bank Chaabi in the whole of the UK so you may have a little wait at times as people from not only other parts of London, but in fact the entire UK often come here. Customers should be a little understanding of this fact. Nonetheless, the staff here are efficient and take their time to meet the needs of all their customers from my personal observations. Again, I honestly can't praise the staff here enough and in particular, Younes.

Jamal and the rest of the staff were very professional in their approach, in assisting us with our late mothers death. Thank you. We had to make several visits to obtain relevant paperwork.

Just wanted to thank Mr Younis Filali, Sales Advisor at Chaabi Bank London, for his excellent service extended to me during my visit to the London Branch yesterday. Mr Filali is an example of a dedicated and customer oriented professional.

As a chaabi bank customer I can confirm that there is definitely a great improvement in the customer service and that they now go an extra miles for customers. I was glad to see that there are positives changed under the new management.

I have visited the bank to update my Address and details on my account.I was served by mr Younes filali on the customer service desk and really appreciate the help and the professionalism in dealing with my requests. Thanks to chaw I bank team.

Great service, had no problem with my transaction was pretty straight forward and went well. Also i was offered help to upload the app and how to transfer money . A big thank you to all staff.

Thanks to the chaabi bank team for the best service i received especialy Mr Younes Filali who helped me setup my online banking and showed me how to use it .chaabi bank edgware road was the only moroccan bank open through the covid 19 pandemic supporting the moroccan society in the uk .
