The Langham, London

I have stayed in luxury hotels all over the world but this place is one of my favourites. As a first time guest I was blown away by the level of attention the staff gave me without being over bearing and in your face, they are extremely well trained and professional.

The friends I stayed with had stayed here several times the valet guys to the bar manager remembered him personally by name (fantastic personal touch)

The hotel decor is beautiful and is tastefully chic. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Great facilities in and out the room.

If you’re looking for a luxury stay with a personal touch this is the place.

It's not often I say I wish I could give it 10 stars... The staff was amazing and helped me with several desires, really, because nothing was lacking in the first place. They truly went out of their way and above and beyond.

The entire staff were nothing but friendly, helpful, amazing, and courteous. The front desk staff are superb and genuinely caring. The concierge staff is top-notch and made perfect recommendations. The housekeeping crew is the best, Everything is sparkling clean, and they are great at anticipating needs I didn't even know I had.

I have a health issue where I need additional water and had requested some extra to my room, which they delivered incredibly promptly. And every day thereafter delivered me extra water without me having to ask, which was so amazing. I would like to add that I think it's incredible the services they offer while also trying to be friendly to our earth by doing things like offering water filtered in the hotel instead of traditional bottled water.

I truly can not say enough. I travel quite frequently and I must say this is maybe the best hotel experience I have had to date, thanks to the level of service and quality of the staff. The rooms are also lovely as is the club room.

I would stay here every time I come to London.

Exceptional Service

The people who cleaned our room twice a day and made sure everything was well stocked. Every person we dealt with was so nice and helpful.

Beautiful room, loved the nice china and the tea and daily fruit the grapes were delicious. The room was nice, the bathroom was always spotless after being cleaned, the bath products and towels were very nice.

With regards to the food from room service:
The person who took my order was nice and helpful. The food came quickly. The food was hot, the food was delicious, the person who brought up the food was very nice and set it out beautifully.

With regards to The Wigmore Pub attached to the hotel: The food was excellent, the portions were generous, the service was great.

Me and my Husband have just got home from a night away at The Langham for our 14year anniversary celebrations. The hotel was absolutely stunning. Every member of staff was helpful and so accommodating. When we arrived at our room we had a complimentary champagne, chocolate, cake and balloons! They were amazing!
The breakfast was just sensational! Again the staff were so amazing!

We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! Really was exceptional the whole experience!

Before the pandemic, me and some friends used to go to the Langham hotel for cocktails and fine dining. Firstly, I must say the food is absolutely exquisite. Exceeded my expectation and definitely delivered some of them most amazing food I’ve ever had.

When you go to the bar lounge, the cocktail choices they have is pretty good. It comes in a fancy box with lights -bit of novelty, but it does taste good.

Based on my experience a few years ago , I would definitely recommend this hotel especially for its fine dining.

The suit was extremely comfortable beautiful, very spacious and clean. The bedding, towels, heated floor in the bathroom, working space and let’s not forget the high tea all exceptional.
Central location, taxi at your door or walking distance to anywhere.
The staff is extremely polite and always happy to help. Excellent dining experience in the restaurant and in the room. The in room breakfast service is great. I sure will stay here again when I come again to visit London.

Can you believe it was a friends bday. I went to the wrong hotel! The concierge at the Langham were incredible! They were going to transport my friends cake to the right hotel in London. What a world class service. Everyone customer facing organization could learn a thing or two from the exemplary service we received from the reception team! Bravo gentlemen 😊👏

My husband and I stayed at the Langham for the week this March. I cannot say enough about the property itself as well as the service. Our room was lovely, only to be outdone by the food and the spa. We included breakfast in our stay and I am quite glad that we did. The Palm Court is an elegant room; the food (buffet and/or a la carte) was absolutely delicious, and of great value and the service was exceptional. The staff is well trained and interested in helping you have everything you want/need, which is a rarity in most hotels these days. The spa services were exceptional. My husband and I both raved about our massages. All of the spa rooms are immaculate and clearly attended to on a regular basis. We used the gym which was also consistently clean. The location of the hotel is near to everything, but quiet at the same time. It was a totally wonderful experience and I have booked to stay there again in June 2024. You will not be disappointed.

Everything about this hotel is amazing, the staff, the room and the Langham Club included. I stayed in a Junior Suite, the room was beautiful and the view was great. There’s a lot of cool touches too (a bottle of wine, cookies and a big bowl of fruit on arrival, the turndown service and leaving me a bookmark when I left my book on the side for example). Highly recommended!

My mom and I loved The Langham. I've stayed in several lovely hotels in London and The Langham certainly ranks right up there with the best. Lovely decor, attentive staff and a convenient location. I'd happily stay there again.

As I get older I like more old world hotels with special touches and service that goes above and beyond the ordinary. Langham is that hotel. 5 star service throughout, from doorman to front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff.
The sleep spray for the pillows, the daily changes of robes, the freshest fruit, and even a bottle of champagne on arrival, with balloons, make the price worth it.
But then we add the restaurants and bars that are all 5 stars, the pool, the gym, and oh the heavenly smell when you enter the lobby (I had to buy their diffuser), it is over the top. Use the concierge they are very helpful.
The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was beautiful.
Everyone worked hard to make sure guests enjoyed a special and memorable stay.

After an initial hiccup of a small, distant , hard to find room for 800£ per night,
The Langham upgraded us to a spacious room for the rest of our 6 night visit. Their amazingly generous bathrooms and plumbing shows their caring,expensive renovation upgrades these many years. Quiet nights.Very popular at every level. Gracious ,helpful and very professional front desk staff and concierge. Bellhops a bit slow off the mark. Were told 2x to help with exiting luggage . No shows. Felt very safe. Heard about Mayfair men’s watch robberies from 3 sources.
Langham’s proud Tradition of high architecture, ceilings, great marble columns etc, throughout with luxurious appointments and amenities. Wigmore restaurant food delicious and fun. Within easy walking to Mayfair and British museum. Beats many Hyde Park hotels in its unique quality and beauty.
Priced smart, great London value. Pay 2 nights, 3 rd night free. Very happy to have discovered this legendary hotel that did not disappoint. Happy to return, and explore L brand.

The Blocktons,
My husband and I stayed here recently as part of my birthday trip, this hotel more than exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, everything was taken care of for us we didn't have to lift a finger. The room was beautiful, the staff was great and the housekeeping staff was beyond great.

We opted for afternoon tea at the Palm court and it was fantastic. But the ONLY reason for choosing this hotel was to eat at chef's Dom's restaurant(all the way from Florida). And when I tell you it didn't disappoint, babeeee it didn't disappoint. Those drinks, the food and dessert was a chef's kiss. Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the hotel and restaurants. If we are ever back in London we definitely will be staying there again.

Went for an festive afternoon tea at the Palm Court. The palm court was looking so beautiful! The service was impeccable! The food was absolutely delicious all except the festive pie which was a little dry. The pianist was excellent too! A wonderful treat for my 50th!

Had a meal at pop up restaurant The Good Front Room and it was EXCELLENT!!! Great atmosphere, service and facilities. The food was exquisite! My compliments to Chef Dom. I would highly recommend a visit before it ends on 30th April 2024.

My daughter treated my sister and myself to a wonderful afternoon tea. The Langham is so beautiful! We had a lively time, and we were welcomed treated very well.
The afternoon tea was exceptional. Great variety and very Hugh quality.
We thoroughly enjoyed this experience.

Spectacular service at all levels - gym, pool, exec club, rooms, dining, etc. My 11 and 13 y/o were made to feel at home and felt special. Wonderful place to stay with the family!!!

Absolutely loved it! Went to experience Chef Dom's caribbean food with my family and it was absolutely divine! Staff were friendly and attentive! Shame the pop up ends soon!

Breakfast was fantastic. The quality of ingredients were first class, amazing decor, attentive staff, great service. Must visit. Easy to get to from Oxford Circus or regents park station
