Wow! I'm an American whose family is native to NYC and I was really really impressed by this place. Genuinely the first good kosher dill pickles I've had in London- the "new green" pickles are excellent if you're missing them. Not a bit of sugar to be found and a delicious garlicky vinegar taste. The bagels are quite good too! Definitely the best I've had in London. I was really impressed by the selection of American products - there were quite a few things I haven't seen elsewhere, including pimento cheese! 😍 it tastes just right. You don't see southern products here almost ever so I was delighted to see it! The shop had a ton of fun stuff from all over the world - Israel, Russia, the US, Mexico (definitely leaning American-Mexican), Italy, Korea, Japan...huge variety. Also an amazing produce section with a huge selection of mushrooms, garnishes like shoots and flowers, and other exotic fruits and veggies not commonly seen elsewhere. Overall really great shop, I'll definitely be back!!

The best delicatessen in this part of London for sure. The highest quality of produce and wide range of fruit and vegetables (they must have at least 15 different types of tomatoes here!). Great quality deli counter options and coffee with pastries served outside creating cozy community vibe.

A Sunday well spent! Bagel, panini, or sandwich, this place knows how to do it right! Choose from the menu or customise your own, the ingredients are of top quality and everything is made with care! If you also want to leave with a little piece of America with you, make sure to explore the aisles!

Lovely neighborhood grocers where you can find specialty produce - from exotic fruits and vegetables to American candies. They've recently renovated and expanded the place - there's now even a sushi counter/deli/bakery and florist in the store. Items are reasonably priced, although slightly more expensive than items in a regular supermarket.

I’ve been going to this place for more than 40 years! This is simply a central hub for NW8. Heaven forbid if this place closed house prices would fall by 30%. If you live in Saint Johns would this is where you shop. It’s a simple as that.

Great sushi 🍣 and very friendly professional staff. I live the variety of products that they have and also the fact that they keep raising the bar and their products are always one of the best on the market. I love how their shelfs looks.
Sometime the shop can be quite crowded, but personally doesn't bother me much.

Great shop with gourmet and fine food products, wide range

Really cute shop, some nice products which are trickier to find in London. Had a takeaway hot chocolate which was delicious and came in a gorgeous cup.

I went here for the salmon bagel, which was delicious. I sat outside. Just beautiful salmon. Just as I was leaving, a pigeon flew into the shop, and a customer who had just gone into the shop was quite out of sorts and was loudly asking for someone to get it back outside. I cornered the pigeon with my briefcase then picked it up and released it outside. Got a round of applause. Nice lunch.. I'll be back!

I think this is one of the top deligrocers in town.Full of staff ready to help and serve,shelves stocked up like there is no tomorrow,fresh section fruit and veg to take selfies by it,also good groovy music to help your browsing,had a quick cortado,not baaad at all.i'd give Panzer' s a slight edge to whole foods,m&s Clapham and p&v.

Expensive but a really great selection of food and all the highest quality - would recommend for niche ingredients or particularly good fruit/veg

The café is fantastic, with a great atmosphere, friendly service, and absolutely delicious good. The smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel is really very good!

Fantastic delicatessen bang in the middle of St Johns wood. Bought salt beef and chicken schnitzel sandwiches plus some prawn popcorn, everything was carefully prepped and tasted fantastic. They pay Florence esque attention to detail and the counters look great. An absolute treat for the food fanatic👌🏻. 5*

The quality of the fruit is class A. Unbelievable. I’ve never seen quality like this before in the United Kingdom. This is the sort of quality that we see in mainland Europe, the kind of quality that we envy. I am extremely impressed.

In particular I would like to say Roberto is very kind, very professional, and is an asset to Panzers.

The place to go in St John's Wood

Been going here for years - the produce has always been of the highest quality and now they have the staff to match.
I wanted to put together a small hamper as a gift yesterday and the staff member who assisted me, Bianca, was honestly amazing - so friendly, so polite and so willing to go out of her way to be helpful. Fantastic customer service - thank you so much!

Expensive but amazing quality food. Staff always friendly(unlike most shops in the Wood). My go to place for smoked salmon and bagels. I have known this store my whole 56yrs on this earth. I did prefer it before it was tarted up. A lot of locals I grew up with worked there but I do love this store. Top notch!!!
