Delightful establishment full of wonderful art both on canvas and other media. I could quite easily have spent a small fortune in here but luckily was able to restrain myself!

Shall definitely be back to size up further purchases. We did make one relatively small purchase. The proprietor was extremely helpful - including very carefully removing the piece from its frame and rolling it up for us.

I had a 'pop up' exhibition at The Old Bank Vault in April 2019. The space was absolutely perfect with lots of hanging space, street frontage for personalized signage and lots of foot traffic on weekends. You can really make your vision come to life in the space! The owner, Sim, was amazing with providing guidance in the lead up, hands-on support during the exhibition and in the pack down. She really went the extra mile to help me every step of the way. I searched far and wide for an exhibition space and this was by far my favourite. Thank you for making my first exhibition the most incredible experience!

Wonderful Gallery with modern art pieces and pop ups like West Anderson exhibitions

The Old Bank Vault is a beautifully curated gallery with a great selection of pieces. The purchasing process was easy and their framing and delivery and installation services very convenient. Sim went above and beyond to ensure a 5-star service from scheduling to curating the pieces in my home. I will definitely come back. Super happy with my art.

A beautiful space, I've tried to resist going into the Old Bank Vault for a long time for fear of what would invariably follow. Eventually succumbing to a recent visit, the inevitable followed: The small but perfectly formed gallery space offers a surprisingly large array of immaculately curated works. India was both informative and charming, as was gallery owner Sim. They were both an absolute pleasure to deal with. A few days later I was the proud owner of several of their works. Their hanging service is well worth it - even if you fancy yourself as DIY proficient and own a drill and a spirit level, you won't have the attention to detail of Sukh who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly hanging in my home. And best of all, with one piece still to be delivered, the loaned me a piece to make sure I had the full set on my wall for a Christmas party - that is real customer service. Faultless in every way, and my new favourite gallery in East London.

Great space and gallery!!! For the London Design Festival 2018 we had a pop shop and few events at Old Bank Vault and honestly we couldn't have a choose a better space to exhibit and sell our work. Sim and her staff made us feel like at home!

This beautiful gallery and concept store on Hackney Road has a carefully curated collection of art, furniture and thoughtful gift items. The space is truly stunning and the owner Sim is a gem - super knowledgable and helpful! TOBV also hosts pop-ups, music gigs and other events and has built a loyal community of fans in the area.

Great staff! Despite all the chaos going on Sim managed to get us our print. We bought some pieces at various galleries just before the lockdown and Old Bank Vault was the only one that has followed up and followed through. We anticipated delays but instead got a great piece that is not only going to brighten our home but also our day.

The Old Bank Vault is a rare find in an ever changing world. A space selling a well curated selection of art, furniture and lifestyle pieces AND a space for the community to come together in.
It presents opportunities for local artists to show their work, have residencies, pop ups or just a good old party. An amazing resource for all creatives and all lovers of creativity.

Came here for the Accidentally Wes Anderson pop-up in December 2020 and was extremely impressed with not only the presentation of the AWE art and merch, but also with the rest of the gallery. The staff were also very friendly and down-to-earth. I hope they do more pop-ups in the future because they knocked this one out of the park.

The Old Bank Vault is an eclectic store full of beautiful things for the Home and for gifts. I kicked back on a fab last century Ake Fribyter chair with a glass of prosecco while my son picked out my Mother’s Day gift. Fabulous service where you feel at home just to browse or purchase. The seat is now in my living room!! The flowers my son bought me for Mother’s Day in a vase he chose from the store.

A wonderful gallery, Sim and Sukh are engaging gallerists and informative about the pieces, and are so helpful with arranging framing and installing the work. I'll definitely be working with them again.

A beautiful contemporary space, with not just unique Art work, but also a wonderful gift shop which can be very handy when you are on the Go!
