Phoned late one morning for emergency appointment an receptionist managed to get me seen at 8.10 next morn.she was the American receptionist very polite,knowledgeable helpful and patient. Went in on time also.very pleased with overall with this Surgery.

Amazing doctors! Waited with my dad until an ambulance came. Receptionist was also there by my side in such a difficult situation. Honestly cannot fault any of them at all

I go there when i feel sick and they help each time, have nothing bad to say

I don’t know where they found the new receptionist.She is really bad,gives wrong informations and she is rude and never helpful.Replace her!!The other receptionist,the boy is really nice and helpful!The doctor is very good.

Mix bag, some reception staff is really bad, some are excellent. Doctors are generally good.

Most dismissive staff ever. Majority of staff do not give you the time of day, nor opportunity to express issues. Only had positive experiences with Dr Islam.

Called on time on more than one occasion for a telephone call. I sit with my phone in my lap on loud volume and get a call from the reception or a voicemail that I’ve missed my call.

They need to improve their services because I've been looking to get appointment for 7 days and I haven't been able to get an appointment

The website was not updated since 2014, OMG! having seen the website and google opening hours, I went to the practice on Saturday and became a laughing stock by the people working there!! Certainly need to be updated, happy new year 2024!!

Woke up 7:55 to book appointments called in at 8:00 an the receptionist was being rude and unprofessional instead of explaining me that my Dr is not in today she started saying I can’t book you for today so going to book you for next week as a patient I wanted to know why because it was not even 8:30 and she just said there’s no appointment for today I can give you the hub number if you want. I already explained her why I need the appointment and honestly the hub can’t help me with that because new prescriptions are only given from the Doctors
Anyway I got the appointment and I wanted another one for my grandma but the receptionist rudely said “I can’t give appointments to the whole family there’s people waiting in the call”. I was in shock for hearing this so I questioned her about it and she had the audacity to tell me I was being rude and that I should talk to her nicely. In the end she did gave me an appointment for next week for my grandma but I’m feeling really upset about how THIS RECEPTIONIST BEHAVED with me, she was unprofessional, unethical and rude

This GP brings shame to the NHS.
Some receptionists are VERY RUDE. They lose patience for nothing, I know that they have to deal with lots of requests, but it is part of their job. I had several experiences with one male receptionist in particular being VERY prickly and easily irritated for nothing on call.

2- Staff members are going to ignore you. You are just another of their many customers. ZERO EMPATHY. I had family members who were critically ill, but were ignored.

One of the worse GP in the area for sure, do yourselves a favour and don't go to this GP.

My pre booked telephone appointment was 8:40 am . I have waited till 10:35 then call to the receptionist. The receptionist is so rude and unprofessional. She didn’t do any apologies and said straight way you have to wait and keep patient .

When I gave my name to the old lady on the left desk when you face the reception for my appointment , she told me to take a seat , then I waited 2 hours while I see people coming after me and visiting the doctor . I lost my patience nd I asked her how many patients are before me ? She ask me for my name again after I told her , all she said is sorry you're not registered in my centre go to my college next to her !!! What?? seriously 2 hours???
That was the worst service I had in my life.
That lady should not be sitting there serving people at all , she was rude, careless , it's just disgusting service.
