Im very happy with all staff . They are very helpful and friendly. Even im new patient (1 year) and have problem language. Just sometimes im confused how to use their applications , but they can help you...Thank you

Brilliant GP. The receptionists and new manager are brilliant they got me an urgent appointment for the same day and made everything very easy for me. Thank you for your help. Also I must add if you don’t like this Doctors then do them a favour and register elsewhere you are not needed there.

Been with the surgery for 38 yrs , the last 18 has been a shambles NOT because of the Receptionists , BECAUSE OF the incompetence of DR ABANIWO who drag the surgery to where it is now ,so please people don’t blame the receptionists as their hands are tied to what they can do. The five stars are for them and what they have to put up with .

The dentist and the nurse were fantastic! All the procedures were explained in detail!Caring and compassionate!

Absolutely amazing staff made me feel so comfortable I would absolutely reccomend anyone and everyone to this place thankyou so much to the staff who treated me ❣

My Dentist Centre is here too and I attend that not the Drs there.

I’m personally happy with this GP and it’s services. Receptionist are always nice and helpful. Whenever I need an appointment there isn’t a problem. They don’t provide blood tests in the clinic but send to another clinic if there is a need.

I have recently been here for a patient group meeting and got to meet the new management and other patients. The new management have made a tremendous improvement and I applaud them for their hard work. During the meeting I informed them of some issues I had been facing and they made me an appointment immediately with a doctor.

Why does the website say it closes at 3:30pm? this is not true, it shuts at 6pm except for Thursdays where it shuts early. Have a word someone.

The doctors in this place are good, if you ever get to see them. Can only book two weeks in advance but are always fully booked. Only chance you have of getting seen immediately is;
• Sick infant.
• Referred by London Ambulance Service (but Paramedic had to fight them for it).
• Covering up an admin error.
The receptionists on the clinic side know more how to run the GP side then the receptionists on the GP side!

I’m a new patient and I regret it.
1) booked a new patient medical easily (receptionist was so rude). I asked immediately after about booking a drs appt & was told to download the app. I asked numerous times if I would need a login or code and they said follow the instructions on the app.
2) YOU NEED A FRIGGIN CODE TO LOG IN TO THE APP
3) my husband was given a letter with a code when he asked for one (sexist much) however, the code DID NOT WORK
4) after multiple calls I finally got through and got a code. Hey it worked but can you book a dr appointment with the app? NO YOU CANNOT!!! The app is not for booking appts with a doctor! How dare they force ppl to download this pointless app and then not answer calls? What a useless GP practice.
5) was SPECIFICALLY told to call the practice at 8am on a Friday morning and guess what - the line does not even ring.
6) DO NOT JOIN THIS PRACTICE YOU WILL NEVER GET AN APPOINTMENT
UPDATE: Got an appt with a doctor and she spoke as if she was running a marathon. Gave me a diagnosis and didn’t bother explaining anything. Not showing any compassion or care. Left the call abruptly so now I am so confused and upset. Changing GPs NOWWWW!!!!

Iv bin to these doctors for nearly 3 years now, and always there's something. These receptionists really don't have a clue, they tell you one thing and on the other hand tell you another Or come out with something as obviously judging by the way you look or dress. These have a 1.6 star rating for a reason. The receptionists are the ones that have created it this. Never have problem with doctor or nurse. Atleast somebody knows how to do there job there.

Oh very bad unexperienced physio therapist. My husband had a physio therapist appointment at this GP. That girl doesn't know anything. My husband asked her can she give MRI referral please. she was so rude about it, no respect. My daughter was present there with my husband even she told me about that rude physio therapist. Just an excercise which is not working for him at all from past 10 years. These physios newly qualified dont know what they are doing. Very disappointing. They will not give proper treatment untill he will not reach that worse stage where no any treatment will be effective for him. My husband's back pain is getting worse day by day. We are not getting any help from this GP. Because I did CQC complaint n that is why they are treating us with no respect, no dignity. Very 3rd class uneducated (the one dont give respect to others) not qualified, unexperienced staff working there.
Going to do official written complaint now.
