Inspire Dental Dagenham

Had an emergency appointment yesterday at 3.30 after calling 111 at 12.15pm with very bad pain in my back tooth and was shocked how fast this surgery booked me in. Had x rays and a full check over before finally removing the tooth that was way beyond repair. Dentist and assistant where very nice people. Will be going back next week for fillings. Honestly couldn't have asked for any more. Slept like a log last night pain free for the first time in weeks! Highly recommend this practice. Thanks!

Had an emergency appointment here, and the dentist was informative and amazing! After my 111 referral, Inspire dental called me within 15 minutes and offered me an appointment for 2 hours later! Can’t fault that!

I want to give 5 stars today to this amazing dentist.

Went in as an emergency and was greeted by amazing Receptionist Lucy who was very lovely and had amazing customer service skills who made me feel very comfortable.

I also want to recommend the lovely Kieran the dentist who took my tooth out. I honestly felt no pain, he kept asking me if I was okay throughout the treatment and he honestly made me feel very relaxed. I’ve had my teeth out before and the pressure sometimes is too much but he was very gentle and I honestly couldn’t feel a thing. Amazing experience thank you all.

I had to call 111 due to my rubbish dentist not having any appointments.
For months i had been ping ponged with my drs at the dentist meaning every new Dr did consultations, no one fixed the problem.

111 gave me an appointment with Inspire and I was seen quickly.

I didn't catch the Dr's name but he was absolutely brilliant! He started a root canal treatment without flapping about it like my dentist have.

For months I have asked my Dentist for a RC treatment and every time I saw someone new doing a consultation only and its only made my tooth worse over time.

Finally, the Dr at Inspire started the RC treatment for my dentist to finish. I was very pleased, my pain has gone and I can finally chew on that side of the mouth even though the treatment is not finish yet.

The Dr was very gentle and throughout he was making sure I was ok and if not he will pause. I felt absolutely no pain and was so pleased at the end.
He also explained what he was doing throughout which gave me peace of mind and eased any anxiety.

Thank you Inspire! I couldn't thank the Dr enough at that day!

I went to inspire this morning after contacting nhs111 for really bad toothache and can honestly say if I could give them 6 stars I would. Receptionists were very good and the dentist was brilliant.
Very impressed!

I've been coming here for more than 8 yrs now. Always a pleasure to visit and have my hygienist appointment with Cara every 3 months.
Lovely and thoughtful receptionist who called me straight away after I forgot to take my dental brush purchase.
They routinely call to remind of an upcoming appointment, on top of the text and email.

I have been attending this dental surgery for years and I always find the staff polite and helpful. My regular dentist ( Kalpit Patel) is a a lovely guy who always puts me at ease and discusses the treatment so patiently.

Very good place, tidy with professional and friendly staff members. The dentist who treated me last time was very professional with a considerable amount of knowledge.

They gave my family and I a good service tha dentist answed questions when asked and was smiky and happy

I was seen on Saturday afternoon as 111 referred me to this clinic. The Doctor and and assistant were caring and supportive. So grateful to them. They are smile savers.

I was very scared, even shed a few tears but I have to say Racheal and her assistant (I didn’t catch her name) really made sure I was comfortable and okay the whole time. Has really restored my faith in dentists and next time I won’t be so scared! I’m so happy I came here, I really am so grateful. All the staff are lovely and welcoming! I was extremely nervous of going to the dentist but Mr Patel put me at ease, listened to my concerns and was very reassuring and understanding. He didn't hurt me once and said when I want a rest just put my hand up and he will stop what he is doing. He was true to his word. Thank you so much Mr Patel

I was referred to this dentist as emergency appointment due to my problematic tooth that causing face/head pain. The dentist and his assistant was kind and caring. He properly explained to me the problem of my tooth, treatment options and future treatment. He even took time to polish the stain on my front tooth that I had for long time and also it's outside of the reason of my appointment. I'm really pleased when he did it. This only means that he really care about his patients. The service I received today is excellent!!!

A very good dentist i have been going there since 1994 and I have never had any problems.

Once again, another efficient and friendly hygienist appointment. Receptionists polite and helpful. My hygienist is great, let's me ask questions and gives me feedback and advice. Feel like I matter and not just "another patient to treat". I really recommend this dentist as is such a comfortable surgery. Keep up the good work all!

After suffering toothache for 3 weeks and not being able to get an emergency appointment with my own dentist I contacted 111 and was referred to Inspire. I’m so pleased I did. Kieran was very caring and professional discussing various options with me. I decided that I wanted the tooth taken out and Kieran done a brilliant job, I never felt a thing. All the other staff there were very friendly too. I would definitely recommend this dentist.

very satisfied. I visit it will be over 4-5 years already. my whole family goes there and we are satisfied. it's a pity that the woman serving us is changing her workplace. we'll see what happens next...

After suffering for the last 3months and my tooth getting progressively worse NHS 111referred me there for emergency dental treatment.
I was so impressed; Their whole admin system is so advanced with modern technology and when I arrived the receptionist was also friendly and welcoming. Very organised.
The male Dentist and Male Dental nurse were both very attentive, I felt listened to and cared for. (Forgot their names)
They had a Friendly yet professional approach which made it easy to trust them. This helped because I have been so nervous about dentists after having many bad experiences.
Dentist took an XRay to get a closer look and gave me great advice. The treatment was swift and accurate.
The after care follow up info was helpful.
I went in with PAIN and left looking forward to being pain-free🥰in a few days!
Overall I felt very valued as a patient.
I have lived with pain for three weeks and they have literally relieved my suffering. Thank you so much Inspire! I highly recommend them. Nowhere is perfect but empathy goes a long way! Sincerely you guys are stars 🌟 carry on the good work.

The Hygienist did a great job on my teeth. The cleaning was gentle and the result was clear white teeth without a single stain mark or plaque. Great job.
