I recently stayed at your hotel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who were not only professional but also very welcoming. The check-in process was swift and hassle-free, which was a great start to my stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into ensuring guests' comfort. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the quality of the linens and pillows, which made for a perfect night's sleep. The housekeeping staff maintained the room impeccably each day.

Dining at the hotel was a highlight. The breakfast buffet offered a vast array of delicious options, catering to various tastes and dietary needs. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and the excellent coffee. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was equally impressive, with a menu that showcased both local and international cuisine.

The hotel's location was ideal, close to major attractions and convenient for sightseeing. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant.

By the way there is a massive, amazing and unforgettable botanic garden.

Booked to have a breakfast get together with a friend today, lovely place, great location beautifully kept gardens and an arboretum. The Mary Beale restaurant was lovely. Good buffet menu with some items made to order. Staff friendly and helpful without being overly so. I cannot say anything bad about our experience it was a real pleasure. Thank you

I can't tell for the rooms. We were there of my boyfriend's mum's birthday. We got a private event room and we had our own waiter (Georgia was her name I think) and she was amazing! All the staff was very kind and smiley and they welcomed us. The food was surprisingly very good and the portions as well. Our company appreciated a lot that they could offer small cafetiere for those of us who drink a lot of coffee. So the coffee lovers enjoyed this very much. When we decided to have a last coffee in their cafe, we got some big cookies (one for every one of us) that were a bit dry but very tasty. The garden looks amazing and provides room for events and other activities. My company goes back to the place at least once every month, I heard. I will definitely go back! Recommended!

We enjoyed our week staying at the West Lodge Park Hotel. Loved the beautiful setting with expansive gardens. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had several meals in the restaurant, which was excellent and also enjoyed the full English language buffet breakfast. The hotel is located within 2km of the Cockfosters underground station which makes access to London quite convenient. Also close to the M25 motorway, which makes travel by car convenient.

Fantastic stay from start to finish. My husband and I stayed last weekend for one night, wishing that it could have been two.
We were greeted by the gorgeous James upon our arrival, he made us feel so welcome and took the time to explain that if we wanted to book a reservation for dinner we could.
Our room was beautifully appointed and incredibly spacious. We were also lucky to have a wonderful view out of the front of the hotel. The toiletries in the bathroom were fabulous too - Oat & Rye.
Within a few minutes of entering our room we received a courtesy call from James to see if we were happy with everything which we absolutely were.
We ordered room service which was brilliant, came really quickly and the food was amazing.
We had gone out for the evening and returned quite late, again we were warmly greeted by a staff member who was very obliging.
We both slept really well which was a bonus as I am quite a light sleeper.
Breakfast was a buffet, plenty of choice available. Again the staff were very helpful and accommodating when I requested a fruit tea after they had already delivered coffee. The fruit tea arrived in a very generous teapot, was loose leaf and of a high quality.
After breakfast we took a short walk around the gardens which was lovely.
We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning.

Stunning and fascinating accompanied walk around the arboretum followed by a delicious tea with sandwiches, little cakes and scones with cream and jam. A real treat. Highly recommend

An excellent venue for a gathering after a funeral. Buffet was excellent as were the staff. Hotel area set aside was very comfortable. The grounds are lovely and there was plenty of parking.

Lovely hotel, feels like it's in the middle of nowhere. Nice peaceful location. Huge gardens. Some of the rooms could be bigger but it's an old house. Overall 9/10.

The hotel itself has everything you need ,a beautiful old building which is well equipped & comfortable .
We went for a Rhone Valley evening & really enjoyed the wines & the food .A very informative evening .The next night we ate in the bar off the restaurant menu - really excellent .
As someone with mobility problems everything was there. A slope & a ramp to get to reception ,disabled toilets & a lift .

Very nice, cozy and has excellent customer service! On top of that the hotel has a restaurant with tasty food and excellent wine! The park surrounding the hotel is just beautiful!

9 of us Went for afternoon tea to celebrate a birthday. Most excellent sandwiches, scones with jam and cream, and cakes. Choice of teas and coffee. Staff lovely and service good. Can't comment on rooms as I didn't stay.

Well what can I say. Lisa on reception gave the warmest of welcomes as well as a room upgrade. Very warm and friendly and so helpful. I wish more hotels had reception staff of this calibre. Great asset to the hotel. The grounds and scenery are beautiful. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely pre Xmas stay. Lovely staff and nice rooms. Solid 4 star hotel. Go for a walk around the streets nearby and have a nosy of all the nutcracker based Christmas decorations.

What a find, lucky me. A fabulous, well maintained hotel, set in acres of land with many spaces to just sit and relax.. Brilliant team of people, professional without being stuffy.
Louise in particular made me feel really welcome..
My room was in a pretty annexe in the grounds of the hotel, it was well sized and airy, the bed was comfortable, great view of the garden's , and so quiet.. which for me was a priority.

Celebrated a special birthday here. We had Sunday lunch which was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and well presented. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely afternoon at West Lodge Park. Fascinating and detailed tour of the Beale Arboretum, learnt so much in that 90 minutes, highly recommend. You can just walk around the grounds without a tour if you wish. After the tour we had afternoon tea which was delicious. Love this place.
