I admit that the booking system isn't great and it's not easy to get an appointment (it's not the fault of the lovely staff that works in the Consulate). I got very lucky with the online queue and managed to get an appointment quickly. On the day of the appointment everything went smoothly. I went through security, picked up a number and waited for my number to be called in (it took around 30mins). The lady processing couldn't be more helpful. I'm so grateful to her for all her help. I lost my passport and I had a big trip booked 2 months later. The lady said she'll try to send it off quickly and she did. My passport was ready in 3 weeks which was incredibly quick. You don't need to book an appointment when you're collecting your passport, you just show up within the times specified by the Consulate. It's super quick since there is a separate queue for collection. I have nothing but appreciation for all the lovely staff working in the Consulate.

Just returned from an appointment to renew my passport and must say that it was the easiest experience. Everyone at the facility from the security to the young lady that processed my application were polite, helpful and efficient. I was even an hour early for my appointment and was let it with no issues. Overall great service.

Ask went very smoothly, take a ticket from the machine and wait for your number to be called.
Note : if busy you may have to wait o outside of you are more than 15 mins early.

The place is super friendly and well organized. The only issue I had is the fact that it took me weeks to book an appointment - I was for about 5 weeks on a waiting list, after few unsucessful tries to book the appointment on their website. The website is really unfriendly for the user. The consulate itself and people there are fantastic!

Four visits, never had a problem. There can be a wait, but not beyond reasonable. Polite staff. Thanks from Belarus.

Came in today for a citizenship application appointment with Mr Grabowski. Efficient service from start to finish. Appointment was started early, lasting around 10 minutes just to review the paper application and accompanying documents. The payment was then processed quickly after which I received a confirmation slip of my submitted application.

The embassy felt secure and well run and everyone I came across was friendly and helpful.

Visited London Embassy in February. Customer service is really good when you’re there. Very nice and helpful staff. Getting appointment for the visit is different thing but it’s mainly fault of an old booking system which needs to be updated asap by our government!

I must say that despite loads of people having very bad experience with embassy, I was really surprised.
Recently went there twice, to apply and collect my daughter's passport.
Security was very polite and friendly, first time they let me and my daughter early, before he opening hours as someone outside was shouting and my daughter was upset. That was really appreciated. Second time security was really nice, making a joke to reduce the stress ( I was very anxious going there both times) People working there are also very helpful, trying to do their job and be respected at work. I'm happy with the service.

All staff were excellent and really went above and beyond to help us. Their can-do attitude have saved our holiday plans. Very grateful!

Today, I have seen the most humility from Embassy workers ever experienced. Thank you everyone for helping me out immensely when you didn’t have to.

I’ve lost my passport flying over to London . I was seen within 30 minutes and had my temporary passport after another 30 . Staff is very nice and helpful .

I don't blame those who have left negative feedback in here. The experience is extremely bad while trying to get an appointment and once you get it some consular assistants seem to be there to make your life even more difficult... util we were assisted by Ms Beata Swierzowska!!! What a lovely and helpful lady. The 5 stars I am leaving are exactly for her, for her 'going the Xtra mile' customer care approach. Thank you again Ms Beata.

About two months ago, they did a fantastic job in helping me on guiding the correct essential documents I need to submit to ensure my submission is made correctly for a Polish Citizenship by decent. The service is brilliant, and I look forward to hearing back about the results since my application's submission. I understand the process is long, but staying patient is always good because, as a Polish ex-pat, I was born in the UK as a British citizen, but my heart belongs to Poland.

Great service quick and easy booked for 9.18am managed to get in early and leave by 9.04am. 5/5 stars and on top
of it very friendly staff.

Quite a queue so your appointment time is just for the order of you getting. But it's understandable because each visa case may take different amount of time. The staff do their best and very patient and polite! You can correct errors on your application and provide missing documents and they allow you to do so, come back later without any extra fee.

I am positively surprised how good experienced it was. Reative quick. All working there staff was polite and helpful.

Having read all the reviews, I was very nicely surprised. Luckily, there was no queue outside so I was let in straight away near the time of my appointment. The security officers were really nice and helpful. There was about 10 minute wait inside, followed by a swift document check and conversation with the actual case officer. Everything was explained. No delays.

My appointment was 21st Oct 11am, and I arrived early but the secruity allowed me to check in earlier. 5 minutes waiting in the recpetion after collected ticket, then following 10 minutes with beautfiul and mature lady in related to visa apoointment. Yes it is little bit warm inside but however overall process is straightfoward and efficient unlike another vistors in this review.
