M&S Foodhall

It's always a pleasure to shop at this Queens Park branch. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. I never have a problem scanning my shopping here which is easy to do compared to M&S Kilburn store where the scanning machines are always playing up and you have to find someone to help you which is very frustrating.

I am challenged with my mobility. A member of staff was very helpful and caused me to search for this way of giving a review for the store. His name is Ahmed a young man of integrity indeed. Well done

Excellent staff so helpful ever so helpful with the assistance dog. Don't mind when my son replaces the shelves or is not coping very well.
They have even told members of the public off for staring or demanding we hurry up if one of the boys is in meltdown mode.

Bread, milk, pretzels and coleslaw here are amazing food quality in m&s is very good only down side is when you trying to pay for things the line of queue reaches the exit.

It's always a busy shop no matter what time of the day. It's kept well stocked for a little shop. The opening hours are very good they have though about the commuters. Unfortunately it's not very wheelchair or disable access friendly and using the till area is impossible. Which is a major let down. Also only having two pay staffed tills is not good I really can't get along with those self service tills.
They go wrong all the time. Like stroppy teenagers. Staff zigzagging around sorting out problems. Yet it seems to work.

The freshly cooked bakery is always done every morning still soft and warm in it's packet. The layout of the store is easy to find what you're looking for without needing to ask the staff for help. There is parking around the corner of this store which is on street parking for short visits to the store.

Always well stocked plenty of staff. Friendly atmosphere. Aside from all the shoplifters. Security try to do a good job. But hard to control such a bad area.

I often cycle close to here or use the Bakerloo line to Queens Park.
Fantastic stop off to get any provisions we need at home.
Been in there and the selection is typical Marks & Spencer and great quality.
Came in on the No. 6 bus and there were a couple of people who got on at Queens Park who were talking about this M&S branch.
The staff have been totally brilliant during the Covid crisis this is not a large shop but they are always helpful and we must always remember what a good job these key workers have done for us

Good size shop with great variety; helpful staff

Excellent and lovely staff. Opened a till for me as I was suffering from a bad back after a long drive home from North Yorkshire. Not easy to find a parking spot nearby but, we were lucky.

Marks and Spencer's in Queen's Park should be a bit more bigger than sliding doors they have the need to change it because in Marks and Spencer's you have all the druggies/ crackheads going in there and stealing the products and plus it is such a blessing to have M&Ms up the road it is wonderful but they need to close all them calling shops what do I need to put in remove the corner shops and put Marks and Spencer's in every corner shop or Aldi

Pop in regularly to pick up bits and bobs, always good but particularly good this week as Chanelle was charming and helped me with my shopping and baby, can't really ask for more.

For a tiny shop, it packs alot of variety.
I find the staff attentive and warm when I need help.

M&S Food hall was brilliant. I was able to pick up an Anniversary card, flowers, nuts and a carrot cake for my parents

Smartly arranged, clean and well organised. Prices are fairly reasonable as well, falling in the upper side of the affordable band. Pleasant shop.

Small but a really good food store, still. Provide fresh bread, flower etc, maybe just the cheese section could do with a little kore choice.

Whenever you go in m&s for something specific - they have it. Really lovely staff that work hard - always stocked up and appealing to shop there 😊
