Argos Dalston

My local Argos store, I’ve been coming here ever since I was little. The customer service here has always been great, it’s always easy & quick to get your items. Huge shout out to Alisha she was really helpful on my last visit, she was really friendly and got the job done ✅

No queues. Man who served us at the collect till was lovely and quick. Easy to use. If you are driving here, dont park on the hill.

It's 'only an Argos', but this particular branch never ceases to amaze with helpfulness & good vibes. Currently there's a dream team of Albert Travis Janet Josh and others whose names I don't know - but they all deserve huge respect for top customer service.

Exceptional service and helpful staff at Argos Dalston. The two guys there Saturday 22/4/23 went the extra mile to keep pick ups & customer service run smoothly, smiling all the way. Very much appreciated, thank you.

Did click and collect for a radiator cover that i didnt think was going to fit in my car, staff were very helpful to carry to my car and test it out and it fit! Didn’t catch the gentlemen’s names but they were very kind and helpful! :) Quick and efficient service otherwise, always do click and collect here👍

The quickest service, particularly just before Christmas.

I have to say, every time I pop into Argos, Anthony always gives me warm and friendly customer service. I bought scales and I couldn’t figure out how to get the batteries in and he got a screwdriver and patiently did it for me rather than giving me instructions and shooing me away. It’s rare to experience customer service when someone does really take their time with you so 5 stars for Anthony!

Had to click and collect an item that was not available for delivery, which I was dreading since I don't have a car. The lady that served me was really lovely and checked that I was going to be okay with the two huge boxes, and another member of staff helped me to get them to the front of the shop. When my taxi driver stopped quite far away, I struggled to try to pick up the boxes. The security guard was straight out to help me carry them across the road and get them into the car. Excellent and helpful staff.

Stopped by twice in the last two days to collect some items, and both times the customer service was really good. The staff are warm and friendly, and also very efficient.

Amazing customer service! I went last Friday to pick up a parcel (2 garden dining sets) and my home was ~5 min walking away from the store but the parcels were so big and heavy that 2 very nice employees offered me to help me carry them the parcels back home... I'm incredibly grateful because it would have taken me ages to do it by myself (they were so heavy)! I cannot speak highly enough of this incredible team and their attention to the customer. Their professionalism really stroke me. I highly recommend their service and I am really appreciative of how helpful they were with me.

Customer service at this branch is amazing. Friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The lady behind the desk asked me if I needed help with a heavy item to take it outside. :)

I have to congratulate Travis, one of the desk assistants at the collection point, on his amazing customer service . We were there Friday night Feb 4th to collect some large parcels. Travis was so helpful with getting the parcels to the door to put in our taxi. He had a great sense of humour and made us laugh. Thank you Travis! Could have been stressful and difficult but you were brilliant!

I buy from Argos when I want a friction free purchase as much as possible but really want to avoid Amazon and all the problems buying from Amazon brings. Sometimes you just need some mugs and it doesn't really matter on quality or what's printed on them. You just need a mug. Order online, collect, disappear home on your own terms. Shop isnt bad but with the internet not many using the catalogues any more. Staff at this location have all generally been nice to me and helpful.

Went to collect an online order. There were only two staff and a security person working at 7pm so had to wait in line but not for long. Staff were very happy and helpful. All in a pleasant experience.

Mo was incredibly helpful when I picked up an order which was a lot bigger than expected. Helping me wrap it up and fashion a bag. Great customer service!

Great customer service, I was late picking up a package (from eBay) and it had been marked for return (I got an email and managed to make it in twenty minutes, it was about to be taken by a courier). A lovely man called Muhammed grabbed the package and called eBay to sort things out.

During lockdown have bought a few things from Argos and it’s always been smooth. Online followed by click and collect was always easy.

Had a faulty suitcase and was able to get a refund hassle free. Great customer service!
