This was one of the best Marriott I’ve stayed. I arrived way earlier than check-in time and the receptionist, Sheila, gave us a “temporary” room to freshen up and rest ahead of our check-in time. I was shocked! We also gained access to the lounge which offers a great selection of high quality food throughout the day, as well as alcohol from 5 to 8pm. I upgraded using my suite nights and we were assigned the executive suite. What a beautiful room!!!!!!!! I tried to spend as much time in the hotel as I could. Top notch staff, from the doorman to the front desk to the lounge staff. Will definitely go back to this property when in London.

I can’t think of a single bad thing to say about this property. Amazing executive lounge with breakfasts, snacks and drinks all day. Huge rooms with comfortable bed and a soft robes. Rooms are quiet and showers have bath tubs. Staff was all so nice and check in and out was flawless. Don’t hesitate to choose this spot.

We visited London for my husband's birthday, staying at JW Marriott Grosvenor for four nights. As a Bonvoy Platinum member, I utilized a four-night room upgrade certificate. Jay, who checked us in along with his manager, was exceptionally kind. They upgraded us from a Superior Suite to an Executive Room with lounge access, featuring separate living and bedroom areas—a significant luxury, especially in such a posh neighborhood. The Executive Room's spaciousness was remarkable, providing immense comfort. The bed was exceedingly comfortable, and the bathroom, equipped with a Japanese-style bidet and seat warmer, offered additional comfort, particularly during London's chilly days.
We felt incredibly fortunate to enjoy such beautiful and spacious accommodations. Additionally, we indulged in afternoon tea at Park Room, where the tea, food, and pastries were of exceptional quality. Despite needing to leave for an afternoon show, the staff kindly boxed our remaining pastries for us to enjoy later. When we returned the next day, the manager graciously provided us with a box of fresh pastries.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the staff at JW Marriott Grosvenor for their hospitality, which contributed to a delightful experience and wonderful memories.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is perfect, situated in the heart of Mayfair and just a short walk from Hyde Park. The rooms were spacious and elegantly appointed, with comfortable beds and top-notch amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel's restaurants, including the Michelin-starred JW Steakhouse, offered delicious and innovative cuisine. Overall, I highly recommend the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in London.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating . The location was terrific. But special mention goes to the terrific Executive lounge staff and chef during the dinner hour. The food was fabulous and the staff were so kind and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful hotel with the benefits of a Marriott if you are a member. great restaurant, delicious steaks and the gf brownie is amazing. Around the corner from London bridge and in the opposite direction Oxford st. Easy to navigate around London, especially on a short stay.

Had a wonderful weekend stay here. Hotel is lovely with very attentive and polite staff. Enjoyed a very peaceful, early morning stroll across in Hyde park with coffee in hand from Starbucks(in the hotel).
We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were chuffed to receive some champagne, a delightful truffle filled chocolate dog and a personalised card from the "guest relations dept." The whole experience was a delight.
Thank you.

One of the most critical aspects of a hotel is cleanliness. Overall, the hotel is excellent and its staff is well-trained. However, a package of interdental brushes from a previous guest remained uncollected next to the towels in the corridor for four days. Additionally, the notepad only had a cardboard sheet instead of paper, and the disposable tissues in the hall near the elevators were neglected for 48 hours. Upon raising my complaint, the management responded promptly and provided the necessary attention. My complaint, or rather suggestion, is that care should be taken with the "recommendations" for restaurants provided by the concierge. Although generally accurate, this time they recommended "Isola," a restaurant that turned out to be a disappointment despite its supposed high-end status.

Recently stayed 6 nights at the Marriott Grosvenor House. My wife and I really enjoyed the stay. It's in a great location across from a park, and close to shopping and public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We were upgraded to a suite. Tons of space and a large bathroom. We enjoyed eating at the on-site Steakhouse. They did a great job of accommodating my food allergies. We really enjoyed the club lounge. The staff there were very helpful and friendly. Shoutout to Abdul and the rest of the breakfast staff! They even had Vegan yogurt as part of the breakfast! My wife thoroughly enjoyed the scones during the afternoon tea! And of course, the evening wine was very much appreciated!

Of all the Marriott properties in the London area this is my favorite. The staff are incredibly accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The service is exceptional and the hotel is centrally located to everything. Fwiw I typically walk almost everywhere or take the tube from Bond Street station which is. 10-12 min walk away.

Be wise and get a room with lounge access. The breakfast is amazing. Then throughout the day you have somewhere to get a coffee, snack or drink incudint a scone or dessert.

The rooms are nice and spacious. My only complaint is the poor planning of outlets around the bed for charging phones etc. There is a charging pad on one side and nothing on the other, not even an outlet.

The bathroom is big but the shower does have a large step up for those who may be unstable.

This is a great hotel and I recommend it without hesitation.

Throughout the years, we have stayed at the most iconic hotels in London - you name it and we have stayed there. The JW Marriott Grosvenor house hotel is simply the best hotel in London. Starting with the exceptional staff, exceptional location and attention to detail in almost every way. The executive lounge is second to none with probably the best breakfast spread I have seen in any of these high-end hotels - and by the way, most of the others don’t even have any type of lounge offering. The lounge is stocked from morning to late night, with free flowing food and goodies all day and then a happy hour that starts at 5:30. If you have kids who eat nonstop like ours this is a gift gift.. From the moment you walk into the lobby you're greeted warmly and the front desk make every effort to upgrade you based on your status and in fact we often get upgraded to a wonderful room and if not we can always choose a room facing the park etc. etc. They try to accommodate from the moment you step in. This particular trip in December was made even more special by Anna the executive lounge and in room dining manager. She would often walk around the lounge in the morning greeting customers and engaging in conversation. We were speaking with her when she then innocuously asked what our room number was and made a point to send up wonderful treats nightly! We could not believe it, the best hotel was made even better! So thank you Anna - the location is spectacular you are close to Oxford Street close to Piccadilly and in the heart of Mayfair. The tube stations are right there and best of all you are across from Hyde Park. It does not get much better than this location if at all, so if you can't tell we are huge fans of the hotel the staff and the location, and of London in general. We will be back in April!

The JW Marriott is one of the best "old school luxury" hotels is London. The location is perfect for both business travelers as well as tourists. You can always find some super expensive Rolls or Lambos parked in the courtyard. The rooms are nice, especially the ones with the Hyde Park facing windows. Service is done with typical British efficiency and courtesy. There are many decent dining option on-site, including the high-tea room.

Great hotel. We enjoyed staying there. We had Executive Lounge access but did not use it much. I had breakfast and dinner once, and it was ok. It cannot be compared with lounge @ Ritz Carlton for example. There is a cafe in the hotel, which is good. The coffee is great, and they had salad, sandwich, chocolate etc. The hotel is in Mayfair and in waking distance to most parts of London if you like to walk. Tubes are within 5 minutes ish. The gym is better than average.

A fantastic hotel in excellent location with the best associates and general manager. The best option to stay in Mayfair. Part of the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio.

I stayed 4 nights and had the Executive Suite Room. Excellent location across from Hyde park and just 5 minutes walking to shops and restaurants and minutes to the bus stop for the Hop on and Hop off bus which I take in every city I visit. The Hotel staff was very friendly and personable and immediately checked me into my room even though I arrived a couple hours before check in time. My room was beautiful with a large screen TV , high ceilings and the lighting throughout the Suite was very calming. I felt so comfortable and looked forward to coming back to my room after a long day of walking and touring the city. The bed was comfy and cozy with fluffy pillows and soft mattress . It had a separate living space area with a desk where I could work from and a Nespresso machine for my morning coffee. The Bedroom was nicely situated in between the bathroom and the living room so I never heard any noise from other Guests. I am very sensitive to noise and never heard any stomping around from Guests above me which I normally hear at other Hotels and is extremely annoying but not at the JW Marriott Grosvenor. The Concierge were all extremely helpful and they even had doormen to open the door for me when I would come in which I thought was a nice touch. The Club M Lounge was extraordinary with a full american style breakfast and coffee machines that could make any type of coffee drink you can imagine. They even had fresh green juices. And the nightly happy hour was above and beyond with great entrees and cheese boards galore with champagne, red wines and white wines. I ate at the hotel most of the time because the food was delicious and came included with my Suite reservation. 5 stars !!!!

This establishment deserves 10 stars!!!! My husband and I travels extensively. And we are loyal to Starwood properties which is now Marriott. This was our first trip to London to celebrate my 60th birthday and our anniversary with our children for total of 9 days. My husband’s reservation experience was not the best. Due to my husband’s status with the company, upgrading request has seldom been denied. We requested a suite with connecting room since we have our adult children with us for the convenience. Not only were we denied but the response time was not satisfactory. We thought about changing our stay at another hotel but it was too late. We checked in and the front desk manger did tried to accommodate our upgrade request but none was available. But the story doesn’t end there.

Ania - With my husband’s status we have to access to the lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. Our first morning breakfast, we met Ania (beverage and food manager) she approached us with the most welcoming smile and asked she can get anything other than what was available at the lounge, my husband asked for hash brown and within minutes Ania had them at our table. And from day one, Ania and her crew ( Abdul, Chung, Rebecca and Eloise) make sure that my husband had his hash browns ready every morning. We were suppose to have afternoon tea at the Lounge one day and missed the time, Ania had Rebecca served us when we arrived at 6pm. Ania never short of surprising and showered us with beautiful, thoughtful and meticulous treats delivered to our room just about everyday. Ania’s dedication to the guests is UNMATCHED!!! This isn’t just a job for her, this is family. As she stated “this is how she welcomes guests to her home”.

Mohammed - concierge desk, there were a few we have interacted with and they were all extremely helpful and superb, but I had the most interactions with Mohammed. He was funny, helpful and patient with my questions.

Nick/story teller/ doorman- he is the best story teller, he had a funny story to tell us every time while waiting for a taxi. We have never had such experience with a doorman. We were absolutely delighted with his stories and his kind and sweet personality. We returned to the hotel one day after dealing with bad weather, our children had a beautiful treat waiting for them in their room. We have NEVER experienced This level of thoughtfulness anywhere else.

These amazing teams are all about making MEMORIES!!! This experience at this establishment is beyond words. Our sincere gratitude and thanks to EVERYONE. You have made my 60th birthday and our anniversary a landmark of memories. Those I have mentioned are only the few. Everyone we have encountered always greeted us with the warmest and most sincere hello and smiles.

Afternoon tea with our children for our 50th wedding anniversary. Staff are absolutely brilliant.nothing was to much trouble from the time you walk through the door. Took our coats to the cloakroom and shown to our table,no waiting at all.sandwiches ,cakes and tea were fresh and varied. £65 a head , but good value for a special treat. Groupon vouchers are also accepted at this hotel
