We had a fantastic experience using SES to replace two extractor fans. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they called us regularly. Ryan was a brilliant electrician - very friendly, extremely competent and punctual. There was an issue with one of the parts being faulty (not the fault of SES) and they went over and above to secure a timely replacement and fit in with us to reschedule the job. We would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for any future electrical work.

From the get-go, the service I received from SES was excellent. They got back to me quickly, arranged the appointment promptly, kept me informed of the issue and the proposed solution at all times. This latter was the most important to me, as I knew what was happening every step of the way. All the personnel I dealt with were polite and courteous. There was a minor issue with the installation which they fixed immediately. I would recommend them in a heartbeat

I had a new induction hob fitted. The electrician was very efficient and tidy. The customer booking/service team was also really good and they managed to get me booked in very quickly. In terms of price it was also one of the cheaper quotes I got too which is a bonus.

We just had SES carry out some work on our home (replacing porch light and renewing ceiling lights). Communication was excellent and they are great to deal with. Their engineer was professional, courteous and kept everything clean throughout the work. Prices were very reasonable. Overall, service was excellent and can thoroughly recommend SES.

SES is a company you can trust completely and with total confidence. Their second job for me was to rewire the mess of old cabling in the electrical intake box at my home in preparation for replacement of the defunct meter. This was tricky and was completed for a very reasonable price.
The most recent job was in the bathroom: to replace a demisting mirror that was no longer working, install a wall mounted heater and replace an extractor fan which was non compliant. This required running new cables in conduit and threading across the suspended ceiling. Alan, their good natured technician, exceeded all expectations, going above and beyond in fixing a draft excluder to the exterior in heavy rain.
I cannot speak too highly of this company. Lucy who staffs the call line is always polite, cheery and helpful. Byron, director, is one hundred per cent committed to perfection - as close as possible in the human world.

Brilliant... responsive, clear in what were the possible outcomes and costs that could result from the diagnostic visit. SES electricians were prompt, phoned in advance to confirm arrival, was friendly and reassuring and best of all, sorted the issue in 45 minutes. Can't recommend him highly enough.
