The service, food and wine in this restaurant was fantastic. We had the five course taster menu, and the wine pairings for each course were perfect. Highly recommended!

We had dinner here a couple of times and the experience was nice. Staff was friendly and attentive, but gave us space. Food was delicious, the best mac and cheese I've had, which I wasn't expecting. We tended to eat rather late in the evening, so the atmosphere was quiet, which we appreciated.

The staff members are very nice and welcoming. However, the options provided at the buffet breakfast are very limited. The food and drinks (i.e. tea and coffee) quality are average. I wish there are more options in terms of egg cooking. It costs £14 for hotel stayers and £17.50 for non-hotel stayers.

The food I had was good. Unfortunately there was no fish delivery so a lot of the menu wasn't available. This wasn't good for my other half who doesn't eat red meat and was stuck with a falafel burger, not something that you really would want to pick for a treat night out

This is a review of the food in the restaurant. We were on a 2 night stay and wanted vegetarian food. The only main course for dine in was a falafel burger. The first day we had pizza in the room. We asked if there were other vegetarian options they could do for us the next day, they said they will find out. We planned to dine in the next evening. We again asked if there were other veggie options (most restaurants are usually happy to whip up something) and were told no. So we had to order the burger which turned out to be a few falafels in a firm nan bread! Poorly seasoned and unappetising.
We provided our feedback, a second staff member came over to explain and apologize. He then offered a discount and replace the dish, but it was too late as we were there for at least a couple of hours. The staff were polite but unhelpful and condescending.
If you are looking for veggie/vegan food there are many places close by with delicious choices for a third of the price and with better ambience and experience.

The food was good. The waitress was intrusive a lot and embarrassed us asked for a tip in cash while we had only cards and didn’t want to add it in the machine, also we shouldn’t be pushed to pay the tip, my friends and I will never come again.

Not worth. Tomato soup as soup of the day with roasted bred (maybe the roaster was out of order) with a taste like baby food. Beef burger with triple fried potatoes. Meat was roasted dead, bun was try, tomato slice and ONE lettuce leaf plus tasteless cheese and fat called bacon. It took more than 90 minutes to serve the pre ordered menu. We quit before desert and got out.
Service Personal stressed. Bar tender and waitress seems to be on part time training in service job. Recommended to choose from a wide range of restaurants in area.
