Had my nursing bra fitting yesterday, 22/2/24 with Meghan at the Gyle M&S in Edinburgh. Meghan was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. She took the time to find the right bra size for me and shared helpful tips with nursing bras!. Will come back xxx

Everything I had planned on buying was in stock and the staff were very accommodating. I bought both Christmas food items as well as menswear and the quality is excellent. You pay slightly more than your average supermarket but this is justified by the quality of the products

The shop is always very clean and tidy. All labels are perfectly readable. They have their own brands but you can find good bargain for clothes and underwear. There's a food hall including wines and vegetables. Huge free car park. The shop is inside the Gyle shopping centre which is full of very nice shops.
I recently visited the Food Hall and I must say shelves are amazingly organised,clean and tidy and you can find high quality products which is not easy to find everywhere anymore. 5 stars for the Food Hall team well deserved.

I have visited Gyle cafe recently with my family. Michael the manager is an extremely helpful and friendly person. I was thrilled by his colleague Moray and his that was dedicated to clean our table, really hardworking guy. The cafe at M&S Gyle in Edinburgh is a very nice place thanks to people like them.

What a lovely people works in this place! Today I completely messed up my order in the cafe and manager very quickly helped me. Michael is the nicest person to be served by. We had a lovely wee chat afterwards. I will for sure come back again with my girlfriends for lunch. The best M&S cafe I have ever been to! Highly recommend if you are looking for cafe with tasty food and helpful people! Very easy access for wheelchair from any entrance!

Excellent large M&S with an extensive food court offering a better choice than any of the other M&S in Edinburgh. Fast food Sushi, which looks very fresh. Usual choice of sandwiches and soups and a vast array of quality tv dinners. The Xmas stuff is also very attractive although perhaps a little expensive for everyday purchase.

Had great service at The Gyle store from a sraff member called Yvonne in sakes and return ladies dept., she knew her stock and gave many options Was a great experience.

My daughter and I were in the Cafe today at M and S in the Gyle. My daughter spilt her hot chocolate all over the floor and table. It was an awful mess. And the staff couldn't have been nicer. Lisa and Michael were on to the case immediately. They moved us to another table. They were so courteous. I can't thank them enough for the way in which they dealt with this - they smiled throughout as they mopped the mess up and kept reassuring us it was not a problem. Thank you very much.

This shop is having men, women, kids and food section. Clothes in this shop seems to be bit costly and of good quality. Lot of variety is available for men.

Food section is also contains good variety of frozen food. Particularly shot bread i like a lot. For last few months there is discount going on cookies and biscuits which is quite good.

All other M&S stores are mostly having same variety and offer.

Lovely, very big supermarket, great selection of fresh flowers and florist services available. Highly recommended

I took my 88 year old mum for a bra fitting at the M&S store at the Gyle. The lady who helped her was called Margaret and she was absolutely wonderful with my mum. She spent over an hour and a half trying on different bras with a variety of attachments until the perfect one was found for her. My mum was absolutely delighted and I can't praise Margaret enough for having the patience and kindness to ensure that she felt and looked great when she left.

Had a suit fitting today with Ian .very good customer service and a credit to the store.I couldn't fault his manner and attention to detail. I am a very satisfied customer.

Got top quality 400 thread sheet and good summer jacket. Staff very kind to my partner who is not well. Had excellent snack in quiet corner

App makes a very easy and pleasant shopping experience. Also love the healthy food option on salads and pre packed meals.

Today I was advised and served by Alice in the home department at The Gyle.
She is absolutely amazing! So friendly, enthusiastic and confident. I really did enjoy chatting to her.
She helped me make the right choice in garden furniture and sorted out my contact details. A splendid morning all round.

Love shopping at this store, food is great quality, staff are so friendly and the new self tills means you are in and out in no time at all.

Everything you need under one roof. Food section is particularly good. Not cheap, but everything is good quality and value for money in my opinion.

The biggest thank you to Julie, in the flower shop, who made a beautiful bouquet for my friend. Yesterday as I was meeting my friend for lunch I really wanted to get her some beautiful flowers and it was my absolute luck that Julie, who was working there had just made a stunning bouquet using a combination of flowers from the shop. Thank you again Julie.
