Excellent service, with excellent food to go with the place. A must try vietnamese restaurant. The soup base is made from scratch and the same with the dipping sauce. Everything used in the ingredients is very fresh.

They have a chef special menu on the wall, its in vietnamese. Do ask the waiter to translate. There are a few dishes on there that are worth trying, and the prawn salad, the vegetable used, is only sourced from Vietnam.

From the moment I stepped into Pho Thuy Tay Cafe, I knew I was in for an authentic Vietnamese treat. The ambiance was inviting, and the aroma of traditional spices set the stage for a memorable dining experience.

The Well-done Beef Pho (Phở Chín Gầu) was a revelation - each spoonful was a harmonious blend of rich, savory broth and perfectly cooked noodles, complemented by tender slices of beef that melted in my mouth.

Equally impressive were the Steam Rice Rolls with BBQ Marinated Pork (Bánh cuốn chả nướng). The delicate rice rolls enveloped the succulent pork in a dance of flavors that was both bold and comforting.

The Grilled Pork Vermicelli (Bún chả Hà Nội) was a standout dish. The grilled pork was flavorful and juicy, paired with vermicelli that was light yet satisfying, creating a delightful contrast of textures.

Not to be outdone, the Crispy Coconut Pancake with Prawns (Bánh xèo tôm) was a masterpiece of taste and texture. The crispy edges of the pancake and coupled with the fresh prawns created a symphony of flavors that was absolutely divine.

To top it off, the Dracontomelon Juice (Nước sấu) was a refreshing finale to the feast. Its unique, tangy flavor was a gorgeous palate cleanser that left me wanting more.

Great local spot for Vietnamese food. We went with the traditional bánh cuốn and phở tái. Both were pretty good, banh cuon could be hotter on serving but still tasted good. Pho had a thumbs up from us, quite a nice portion too. As a Vietnamese, I was pretty happy with the quality of food. And staff was friendly, quick service. Will be back to try other dishes too!

I had the Bun Thit Nuong Ha Noi it was cooked perfectly. Homemade lemonade was tangy and sweet.

Raw beef salad is also a must have. Average priced food, not too cheap and not too expensive.

We stopped here by chance. A very simple, cute place. Family owner business with authentic Vietnamese flavour. We chose the vegetarian spring rolls, they were so nicely. The egg noodles with beef amazing. And I always love pork they were melting so tender. With a coke and a beer a bill of £32. Amazing price and taste.

Amazing food! Do yourself a favor and try the Bun Oc, the pho and the Mien xao luon!

If you like Pho the Vietnamese noodle, this is the must-go place. In fact this part of Bermondsey offers plenty choices of Asian cousins but this friendly restaurant is among my top choices.

We went about 6pm for dinner and did not need to wait for our table. The service was fast and friendly. Lots of traditional dishes are on the menu. Not all of them are clear unless you speak the language. Luckily, the staff was super friendly and explained each of the dishes we wanted patiently. At the end we all got what we wanted with a full enjoyment and not a single regret!! Will definitely call again and try things that we have not had before.

If you want real authentic Vietnamese food, this is the place for you. How do I know that this is as real as it gets? Vietnamese people eat there, so if it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me.
The restaurant has a family feel which is warm and inviting. The decoration isn't that great but who cares, you're not there for the décor, you're there for the food and the food is amazing.
I had a nice refreshing peanut salad and chicken wings for starters. For main, I had rice and goat which was superb. The food came really quickly and the staff were really attentive and dynamic.
If you're in the Canada water, Surrey keys, rotherhithe area, you have to go to this amazing Vietnamese restaurant 🙂

This place was SO GOOD. Every dish we ordered was delicious. Definitely order the number 5 appetizer. Would have taken a photo but was too busy enjoying it and we ate it pretty quickly. It just has good food and such good value. Great friendly service as well.

Summer roll was decent - happy that it had one cucumber in each one so easy to remove for someone who doesnt like it. Peanut sauce was good.
Bun tom hue & bun bo hue was good thought it would be abit more spicy but it was perfect amount soup was good!
My dad liked the snail noodles said was tasty.
My mum had the Grilled pork and noodles and she said it was very good and tasty and she complains about food allot so when she says its good then its GOOD!

Quite simply the best Pho I've ever had in London. Last time I tried Pho this good was in Hanoi itself.
