Amazing place with plenty of history and things for the children to learn. The building itself next to the London wall is fascinating! Oh, a little secret - the ladies toilet is so pretty to a point that my 8 years old said, " this toilet is so posh and pretty! "

Went on a tour for the kids with the London museum. It was fascinating to enter the Salters' Co and be educated about the rich history of the company and be shown the magnificent building. The staff had the children engage in art and each child loved every second. The tour was hosted by the most extraordinary performer. I and the children loved this experience.

I like the way how this livery company has evolved and redeveloped in times, and presented its transformation and cultural heritage so well in a unified form of one building. The ceremonial part for cultural preservation and conversation, the modern-day office part for business that is relevant today. The salt history exhibition and archive room are particularly interesting.

Performed at a corporate event. Nice venue.

This recently refurbished 1976 build designed by Basil Spence still retains an assertive and confident presence on a much reinvented and improved street, now also spilling onto an attractive public realm landscaped precinct next to St.Alphage/Roman Wall.
The ‘soft’ compromised Brutalism now comfortably holding its own in the shadow of the Barbican, the surrounding new neighbours and overhead pedestrian ‘skywalks.’

It's a nice place but still something is missing .
