The Tower Hotel

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. I particularly appreciated the floor-to-ceiling windows, which provided an incredible view of the bridge and the river. The bathroom was also well-maintained, with a good selection of toiletries.

The hotel staff were professional, courteous, and always willing to help with any requests or questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, which offered a wide variety of options, both hot and cold, with high-quality ingredients. The dining area also provided beautiful views, enhancing the overall dining experience.

The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and business services, were more than adequate for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the hotel's outdoor terrace, perfect for relaxing with a drink while enjoying the breathtaking scenery.

While the hotel is slightly on the pricier side, the exceptional location and quality of service make it well worth the cost. The only minor downside was the occasional noise from the busy surrounding area, but it was not significant enough to impact my stay negatively.

We absolutely loved the location and view we had from this hotel! The view of the Tower Bridge from our room was a wonderful site morning & night. While the hotel could benefit from a major update, the rooms were clean and the staff was wonderful!! We had several dining options within a five minute walk from this hotel as well as a great coffee shop nearby as well as a Starbucks in the hotel lobby! There was also a supermarket nearby. The hotel is right next to the Tower of London and an easy 5-7 minute walk to the closest tube (train) station. Conveniently, there was also a dock nearby from which to take boat cruises so the hotel's location honestly was ideal. I would highly recommend this location if you want a great view, ease of access without being in the prime super busy tourist location. In addition, we walked around early and at night and felt very safe!

Booked this hotel for a night. Was absolutely great. Cant fault it. Had great view of tower bridge. Staff were friendly enough. Was even a bottle of sparkling wine for us waiting in our room. As a little anniversary gift. Would definitely return

Had a lovely one night stay to celebrate a special birthday. The slice of cake in the room was such a lovely touch, thank you! The view was amazing, just as we'd hoped. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. Would definitely stay again!

Location is amazing. Beautiful views, close to many dining places and the tower bridge itself is historic and mind boggling to hear the history. Rooms are a bit dated. Bathrooms are just OK. Breakfast buffet was fine but limited chooses. Our room conditioning didn’t work. Took me a day or so to realize. They fixed it the next day or so. I would stay again for the convenience and location for sure.

The situation of the hotel is unbelievable: next to Tower Bridge, with view of it and of the Shard from the room. Tower Hill station is 5 minutes walk.

The rooms are clean and nice.

The buffet breakfast is good with plenty of choice.

The staff is wonderful, every person was kind and helpful, especially with our 4 years old child.

This was such a great place to stay as we started our Europe trip. We paid for the Tower Bridge view and that’s exactly what we got. When we arrived, the service at reception was fantastic, very attentive and after 22hrs of travelling, it was all we could have asked for. The room itself felt a bit dated but had everything we needed and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is great, close to the tube and walking distance to sightseeing locations.

Absolutely wonderful. We booked the Tower Hotel along with a theatre trip for a birthday celebration. Our room was more than comfortable with an outstanding view of Tower Bridge and the River Thames. There was a vast choice for breakfast. We had a view of St Catherine's Dock for that. 5 star all the way.

If you want the be close to the city but still want to enjoy the silence then this is a perfect hotel. I recommend to take a room with view at the Tower Bridge, this is a magnificent view. The room was just as we expected, it was clean and had everything we needed. A bottle of water every day, fresh towels, a hairdryer, a kettle to make yourself a cup of tea or coffee. The staff is friendly and willing to help if necessary.
The underground station and bus stop Tower Hill is just 800m from the hotel. Restaurant Vicinity is the same building if you like to have diner at the hotel. At the marine just around the corner are more restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. And what a wonderful location. We were lucky to have a view of tower bridge from our room. The hotel bars were very good too. I heartily recommend this hotel and will look forward to staying again. I'm just knocking one star off as I thought the scrambled eggs were terrible! Can't babe everything though!

This hotel had two main drawbacks. Firstly, the bathroom in the room was unsatisfactory. It was not clean, and some fixtures were not functioning properly, indicating a lack of recent renovation, which is unexpected for a hotel of its four-star rating. However, the rest of the room was pleasing, featuring a comfortable bed and a wide range of TV channels, complemented by a lovely view of the small marina. The second issue was with the breakfast. While there was an ample variety of options, the food was under-seasoned, lacking in salt and pepper. On a positive note, the hotel staff were very accommodating and courteous, and the luggage storage service was a convenient feature.

For the price me and my friend paid for 2nights i was not expecting such a high class hotel. The location is incredible right next door to the tower of London and the hotel overlooks tower bridge, the view of the tower from my room was an incredible sight to wake up to, the service was amazing we felt like royalty, the rooms were huge, clean and once again shocked i paid so little for what we got!!
I highly recommend booking a table for breakfast as it is such a good buffet, the food was incredible and hot!! And the added view of the tower bridge from our table was even better added to the morning experience.
The hotel is near lots of bars and restaurants, the tube station is a 10minute walk from the hotel with sights along the way such as a memorial, unlike main London this is a quiet area in the morning and evening, peak time it gets a little busier with tourists wanting to see the tower of London but still pretty quiet.

Excellent location right in front of Tower Bridge and walking distance to tube. Restaurant on site and very helpful staff. Good deals at check in for an upgrade. We had a nice suite facing the bridge and enjoyed the robe and slippers.

Fantastic hotel and a wonderful place to stay for my Birthday weekend. Staff are professional and friendly. Rooms are comfortable. We had a great view of the River Thames and Tower Bridge.

Despite the Hotel being very busy, the staff were very professional and ensured that we were made welcome and the buffet breakfast was of high standard. Location is suberb both for the views of the Thames, the interesting St. Katherines Dock which is adjacent to the hotel and the easy access to the access to the Underground and Rail Services and it has garaging service in its underground car park.
