Chiltern Firehouse

My wife and I dined at Chiltern Firehouse restaurant during our trip to London. All I say can is "wow"!!! The food (especially fish) was fantastic. Our server, James, was the most attentive person I have encountered in the hospitality business. He recommended dishes and got to know us personally. At the end of the meal, he surprised us with a special dessert in anticipation of the birth of our first child. I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends.

I have only been to the restaurant where I had a fantastic experience! The food is very good, although portions are a little on the smaller side. Service is top quality and staff are very friendly.
The atmosphere is electric and really fun for a romantic evening or a casual catch-up with friends. I would recommend!

This is a review of the restaurant only. The food was fantastic, the best chicken I’ve had in a while, and the most tender white meat marinated in citrus. Highlights were the steak and the chicken. If you are sensitive to smoke, be warned that sitting outside may expose you to other costumers smoking. We sat outside and it was otherwise very comfortable with blankets and heat lamps.

Restaurant only review. Good service. Lovely ambiance. Overall a nice place for a business lunch as it strikes a good balance between formal and relaxed.

The pizzas were below average, but the grilled chicken main was spectacular.

I’m only reviewing the restaurant. Excellent and fine food, often interesting - essentially European with some thoughtful fusion twists. Service mainly very good, but it can veer into pompous or arrogant, just the wrong side of happening fashion. But it’s always fun here, and the dining room and bars are beautifully and stylishly restored - it feels a bit like SoHo, Manhattan.

Wanted to check out the hotel because of the fame associated with it. Sat at the hotel bar and had a few drinks. Our bartender was Jon, he was friendly, made brilliant cocktails and told us some great stories about the hotel and his life. Great atmosphere, and a fair price point. Will definitely eat here next time (there was a private party the next day so I was unable to make a reservation).

We went to the restaurant and the food was delicious. We sat at the chef counter and loved. The wine list great and they serve some extremely great wines by the glass so if you are with a partner that doesn’t drink you can still order a decent wine by the glass.

We had octopus which was 5 stars then we shared a place of pork ribeye on the bone again delicious. They also have 48hrs marinated chicken which is special.

My wife had some virgin cocktails and it was very impressive!

Price is £££££ but it’s worth the experience on a special occasion

I will certainly come back.

Dined at the restaurant and it’s very good and would definitely recommend to visit here. My family and I was seated inside the main dining room and the restaurant atmosphere is excellent however, there is an outside courtyard which looks amazing to dine in.

The menu is quite simple, but I like that and the flavours were fantastic. There is a child menu and the staff made my son of 7 years old feel very special.

Service was top level and the main reason I want to come back, the French 🇫🇷 waitress was so nice to speak with as well as the rest of the staff.

In summary, just a great place to dine with friends and family.

We came here last week for Sunday Brunch! It was very busy so definitely book in advance. It has a very chill and homely feel to it. There was an abundance of staff which is always good! We highly recommend the pancakes 🥞

I've only went in to use the bar. It was very nice. Very plush. Comfortable. Intimate in the evenings. Perfect for quiet dates. There is a log fire which added to the cosiness. The staff were very attentive. Drinks are on the upper scale in terms of prices. I would definitely come here again.

This is a review for the restaurant, I always have had a good experience here , the brunch menu is delicious especially the pancakes. I wish they put the french toast on the brunch menu though! The food is not the best i’ve tried but it is decent and the atmosphere is why i visit. Staff are very friendly, overall a cosy place to sit and chat in winter and a chilled out spot to relax in summer!

I’ve been advised by many to try their breakfast. Seeing the menu, i have to admit that I wasn’t excited but still did.

Though there isn’t anything special in the menu, the classics were prepared to perfection. The pancakes was crispy from outside soft from inside. Perfection. The egg Florentine with jalapeño Hollandaise had a nice spiciness towards the end of the bite. Everything was made to perfection and I’m very much happy to have visited.

The most delightful breakfast. Very cool to be in an old firehouse. The food was magnificent, the staff are sweet. The best coffee I have had in Marylebone was here. I recommend the quinoa bowl.

This is my new place! Beautiful settings in the evening, good vibes. We had a lovely time and we are booking for the brunch very very soon!

Great dining experience - excellent vibes outdoors, really good food (get the scallop crudo) and just really high quality but super friendly and down to earth service (shout out to Charlotte!)

Prefer to have a reservation specially during weekends. Excellent food with amazing staff. Ot was my 1st time visit and definitely will come again 👌🏻👌🏻

This is the review for the restaurant!. I was recommended to try the pancakes and was very delicious . We had also omelet and egg florentine. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming.

Love coming for meetings here. Food and drink is fantastic and the vibe is very relaxed and welcoming. Staff are always super friendly and helpful

What a spot !

Delicious food, amazing atmosphere. Bar was packed and outside terrace area was beautifully lit. We’ll most certainly be back.
